  We were unable to get an itemized bill for the install. While we prepaid for the first hour, the additional charges were higher than expected. The only part needed was a $20 regulator.

  I had good experience getting my cooler repair scheduled, but then they did not show up for our scheduled appointment. When I called about the no-show, they said they were running several days behind and didn't know when they would get around to it. They finally showed up a week later, without ever notifying me about when they were coming.

  As far as service, I can't rate them because I'm a contracto4r and only ordered parts from CPS. The parts I ordered were shipped reasonably quickly and arrived as specified.
