    I had good experience getting my cooler repair scheduled, but then they did not show up for our scheduled appointment. When I called about the no-show, they said they were running several days behind and didn't know when they would get around to it. They finally showed up a week later, without ever notifying me about when they were coming.

    We were unable to get an itemized bill for the install. While we prepaid for the first hour, the additional charges were higher than expected. The only part needed was a $20 regulator.
