  I was sent a clearly used part. Customer Service tried to tell me it was just dirty because it came off a service truck but it had calcium deposits on it and mold from being used previously. It was probably a bad part that had been put back in the new part bag.

  I had good experience getting my cooler repair scheduled, but then they did not show up for our scheduled appointment. When I called about the no-show, they said they were running several days behind and didn't know when they would get around to it. They finally showed up a week later, without ever notifying me about when they were coming.

  I ordered next day shipping and chose the sat/sun option because it was Sunday. When I emailed Monday to make sure my part would be arriving that day. I was disappointed to hear that ups doesn't pick up from shipper on Sundays and Mt order would arrive on Tuesday. If you can't ship out on Sundays why have a option when ordering. This delay put me in violation with govt, and cost me more money. I will purchase drum different source next time.

  Easy to find the product. Shipping was faster than expected, and the part arrived in great shape. I paid $27 shipping to another site for a similar part and it arrived in bad shape -deflated plastic balloon and loose in the box. CPS part was packed nicely for about 1/2 the shipping price!

  Very disappointed. Placed an order for some orifices. Website price stated $11 and some change for each orifice Received an email the next day saying that the price was wrong and now they are 16 something. I feel like I was duped. I will never order from this company again. Lots of other choices out there. I'll stick with parts.com from here on out

  The item I was looking for was easy to find but it took about a month to get the items and then upon opening the wrong quantity was sent. After calling waiting for someone to return my call and then being told I’ll look into was a little disappointing. I paid $155 dollars for 24 suction cups and only received 6. No one has called me back and I’m hoping to get items sent back or an answer as to what’s going to happen.

  Every time I call CPS, everyone is friendly and will do everything the can to get a tech on sight ASAP. The techs that we have had are very friendly and knowledgeable and will do everything the can to resolve the problem in a timely manner. They cleanup after themselves and will inform me of what they did to resolve the problem.

  There I stood, getting the third degree from a client because I did not carry the part they needed on my van. I called every contact I had amassed in my 14 years of being a service tech but I got the same thing, “Yea, nope we don’t have that. Pretty sure nobody in the country does right now.” I turned to the interwebs and I thought all hope was lost. Then, out of the glowing backlight of my laptop I see it. CPS has what I’m after? I clicked the link, with my expectations low, and there it was, not 1 but many of the Blodgett parts I needed. CPS saved the day and possibly my life because that guy was angry like you cannot believe.
