    I like that CPS stocks a wide range product, and that makes it convenient when shopping. My only disappointment was that my shipment required an adult signature. But because I wasn't home at the time of delivery, I had to reschedule. I understand that the requirement for an adult signature may be necessary for high ticket items, but overkill and unnecessary for orders under $50 like mine.

    Identifying and ordering the right part was pretty straightforward. Shipping seemed kind of pricey for a small lightweight part that fit in an envelope, but the total came out to about the same as other vendors that charged a lot more for the part with free shipping.

    It would’ve been nice if the part I ordered was labeled in stock or out of stock. I ordered from CPS, because it didn’t say out of stock. When I called a weeke later to check in the status the lady on the phone was very nice and told me that they didn’t know when the part was going to be shipped.

    OK I mistakenly ordered the wrong part, off by 1 number. Their system does not have a direct way to cancel an order, that is something that should be fixed. But I left email for customer support and they handled it immediately, canceled the order on their side, and so I ordered the correct part the next day and already received it. Good communications. Good service. And CPS had the lowest price I could find of all vendors.

    the advertised product was for 12 bottles of ice maker cleaner and I was charged $47 for one bottle which is sold at pther stores for $14 with free shipping.     My credit card was charged when I placed the order. But I was then notified that you did not have the part. I still do not have it. I emailed back that I could order it elsewhere if it was going to take much time since I really needed it in my restaurant. I asked for a time frame of when I could expect it. No response.

    I was expecting it to ship from their warehouse in 1-2 business days. When I realized that it was shipping from the manufacturer to CPS and then to me, I was concerned. I will say this extra link only added 1-2 days from what other folks were offering in shipping schedule. I ordered the part on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on the following Wednesday.

    Easy to find product. Only the item was "In Stock" but it still has not shipped. they have to get it from the manufacture. the reason I ordered it from CPS was that it was in stock. I could have ordered it from the manufacture and saved money. on top of that my client need this part to have a working ice machine so they could process turkeys. she was forced to purchase several bags of ice to complete her job. If the part would have arrived on the estimated delivery date I would have been able to install it before she needed the ice and could have saved her from purchasing bags of ice.

    After order had been placed and payment has been made. Vendor contacted me the following day and wanted to change the terms of the purchase to increase the cost of the item by 30%. From approximately $600-$900. They then sent me an email stating they canceled the order at my request. However they left me no choice but to cancel the order or submit to the extortion.

    The good news is that I paid extra shipping for faster delivery and the part arrived in the desired time frame. The bad news is that up until the part was on my doorstep, I was thinking it hadn't even been shipped yet and was starting to think about ordering from another source. I got an order confirmation and then another email saying the part would be shipping from their factory partner. And that was it. No shipping confirmation. No tracking number.

    Did not indicate anywhere on the site that the part was not in stock nor factory direct to customer. I don't get notification until after I placed the order that CPS had ordered the part from their supplier and it would be shipped to me after they received it. That is not the kind of lead time that was indicated at all. I ordered one from another company that arrive here within 2 days.

    Received our order in a reasonable time with only "issue" arising related to pricing of item. Initial pricing and the one used to base cost quotation for repair was not accurate as there was a supposed manufacturer part change that basically doubled the cost to us. There was a loss in revenue on this specific service but, as is an extremely good client, it was absorbed internally.

    Made an order on 9/1, I was sent a couple of notices that my order had gone through. But after several days, I had not been notified that it shipped. Called the company asking if a ship date had been set. I was told they would get back to me in a few hours. Nothing. On 9/20 I reached out to Jennifer Robison by email and asked again about the part. Jennifer stated she would reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me. It's been 8 days since then, so today I cancelled my order.

    Lack of communication. The wrong part was sent to the distribution center so it has to be sent back before being shipped to me. No communication on the delay, I had to call and ask when it was days past the delivery time stated to see where it was at.
