  I found the part fine. But it turns out the part I ordered was obsolete and was no longer available. They responded back quickly to let me know and that my payment would be refunded. It would be nice if you would show parts availability before purchase goes through.

  I ordered a part and it showed instock. that is why I ordered it from you. A few days later I got a email showing that my order had been canceled because the part was obsolete. Why would you show in stock on web site and not even have the part!!!!!!

  As far as the order of the product that was easy, I received a confirmation of my order and all was well then a couple of days later I was sent an email from one of your representatives stating that you couldn't provide the product for the price advertised on the web. I called, to find myself in a conversation with an individual that really didn't want to be in the conversation. She told me that the price would be $140 additional and wanted to know if I still wanted it. First off I understand that prices are very unpredictable now, but it isn't my job to check prices before I purchase it falls on you guys. I feel that you should have fulfilled the order with my current price and then changed your web price. I did continue the order due to the fact that I needed the part and I did receive a reduced price but still $60 more that advertised.

  I run a small business in Akron, Ohio repairing appliances. I found the part I needed at CPS. I matched the part number and picture then made my order. I had never ordered from CPS before, so I had to fill out all my billing and shipping info. All was great until it took many more days to receive my part. Using the UPS tracking I found that the shipping department input the wrong business name and the wrong city, therefore delaying the shipment. I had to contact CPS again to correct the problem, then expedite the part. Then it got worse... Thirteen days after placing the order, my business debit card number (the one used to place the order) was fraudulently used in Houston, TX at a Lowe's store for $1,946. I'm not saying that CPS is responsible for the "leaked" card info, but for the thousands of dollars I spend on parts per year with multiple parts suppliers, the timing was awfully close to the first time I used CPS. All I'm saying is Buyer BEWARE. **P.S. I installed the part, and the oven works great now. JCM**

  The product said it would ship in about 2-3 days. I am 10 days out and have received no shipping confirmation and no communication other than when I have called customer service. When they tell you they will call you back. They do not call. I could have bought the product for half the price elsewhere and got it much sooner.

  Mixed. Ordering and communication were great. However, they didn't honor the price on the website. Price jumped about 15% AFTER I placed the order. I was told that the "special" new price is lower than they can go, but it was the same as the new price that was updated on the website. Part arrived safe and fixed my washer. I didn't like the pricing change, but I needed the part. I'll call to verify price next time.

  For years I had thought I could never find a replacement part- then I found CPS. It fits and has filled my days with nostalgia and gladness.
