Review collected by a third partyStarted this process on Jan 26th, updated my signature twice in February, paid for to have it within 8 weeks, at the end of the 8 weeks, I had no passport. After 1.5 hours talking in a chat, I got an endorsement to finish my application! Now I have to wait possibly an additional month for a passport I need in 2 weeks. I feel cheated and depressed that I won't won't make my trip.

Review collected by a third partyI paid for and filled out application for my birth certificate. I was asked three times to notarize my application. I have done it twice already and provided them with copies of the notarized documents, that was done through their services. About every ten days they would just ask me to keep notarizing. The second time they wouldn’t listen and just said ok you need to notarize again, so I did. Finally over a month in and third notary request, they tell me there is a glitch in the system and I would have to delete my application and start all over. They would refund and I could apply again. Forms, fees, notary, everything. I’ve already been waiting this long. That’s ridiculous.
