Review collected by a third partyAfter waiting for ten weeks, I decided to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my passport renewal. To my surprise, I found out that Gov had made an "error", which had left my application unprocessed. Unfortunately, I never received any call or email notification regarding this issue. After multiple requests, I was informed that the error was being fixed, and my application was finally endorsed for processing. I am extremely disappointed with Gov 's poor communication. If I had used the US Department of State site for my renewal, I would have had my passport back by now, even after ten weeks of paying for expedited processing. In conclusion, I would NOT recommend Gov to anyone due to their lack of communication and poor service.

Matt was excellent in helping me, even though I know it took him a minute to get everything together to find out what was going on with my passport, application, package. And, you know, thanks to him, everything's now back on track. The experience was awesome. I give it. I know we working on the five star rating, but I'm actually giving it ten stars. They also help protect important documents, such as passports, social security numbers, etc., including TSA Precheck. Their services cover a wide variety, and they are definitely worth checking out their website. Their online e-chat people are very knowledgeable and helpful, as well. I e-chatted with Vince and I appreciated his assistance.

Review collected by a third partyI went on the site to check my TSA status. Very easy to navigate. However, I was blocked. The notice said "contact us". I was a bit hesitant, but it WORKED!!!! It was very easy. Just answer the questions with the "BOT" and then a person intervenes when they know the issue. Thankfully my issue was resolve and I have my TSA status! Yippppeee!
