Review collected by a third partyI'm at odds as to what to communicate regarding GOV : 1. I don't think it's clearly communicated that this service is not part of the government - other than in the fine print. The name is very misleading. 2. The fee schedule is NOT clear regarding fees that are associated only to GOV vs the actual government fee. 3. Although, Kristy in the customer service chat was able to investigate and clarify all the charges, if it had been clearly communicated up front I would not have had to contact customer service at all and I sincerely feel that I'm not the only customer that has felt mislead. 4. Now that I'm informed I am able to make better choices when using this website as I do feel it makes for a more streamlined process.
