  My order did not arrive on time as stated when I made the purchase... not only that on the day of the event I was attending the suit still didn’t arrive which honestly left me with no other option but to go out on the day I needed the suit and buy something from the shop which I wasn’t happy to do because it wasn’t made to measure. The thing that upset me most was the communication that I was having with andaaz customer services intil 1pm on the day I needed the outfit they told me it was arriving by 4pm or I could change the delivery address to somewhere in London (I live in Blackburn)

  Although the outfit I ordered was very pretty and arrive within the timescale, the customer service via chat was awful. They could it provide proper answers and I was lied to on several occasions when agents said my outfit would not arrive on the date planned as I had been reassured several times and even placed my order over 2 weeks in advance. Unhelpful and untrustworthy.

  I have ordered the dress below for a special occasion and was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the dress - it looked nothing like the picture and was covered in gold sequins - I ordered it for a day event and it looked very cheap - I raised this with the company and they absolutely refused to consider a return saying that the website states that the dress may not be like the picture. I have never heard such nonsense in my life - it is completely different and made of very cheap material. I don't understand how they can say that the website says that the dress may not look like the picture - it is so different - my family were so shocked when they saw the quality of the dress - I am never going to order from this company again and I would not recommend anyone ever does -

  Was very apprehensive to place an order as I like to physically see it. But I did as I really liked the suit. Was so pleased as it was exactly like the photo. The colour was spot on. Very well made and it arrived 3 days before my expecting delivery date. Very happy with the service.

  Awful - understand that larger sizes are custom made but the they should not offer fast delivery. Paid extra for the order to come 2 to 3 working days and they literally got back to me 2 weeks later asking me what day I need to order for. I thought it will be a good place to go for plus size women but they made me feel it was my fault for the delay as I needed a larger size. Will not recommend!

  I mistakenly ordered a silk saree instead of a georgette and wanted to return it but with having had it stitched it wasn't refundable. Staff were very good at explaining the situation. All my own fault. Saree is well made and looks gorgeous - just not draping as I'd hoped.

  Ordered an Anarkali suit for my engagement. Absolutely in love with my outfit. Have always heard bad reviews about buying outfits online and receiving bad quality stuff. But I am completely satisfied with Andaaz. placed the order at the last minute, was quite stressed but the customer service team kept me assured. received my product today, on time and the whole household is happy. Andaaz you just earned quite few customers and maybe more.. don't underestimate asian families, their influences and their recommendations. will definitely be coming back for more. (Happy face)

  The website is great. Easy to navigate. Can be difficult viewing photos on the phone though. The outfits I ordered were beautiful but they didn’t arrive on time (a week and half later than originally scheduled). That ruined the experience a little bit as I had to buy an emergency outfit. Make sure you order in plenty of time and I’m sure you won’t have any problems. The outfits were stunning when they finally arrived and they did send me a couple of free earrings as an apology.

  Very reliable. They phoned me 3 times because of confusion with size measurements, and responded quickly on emails. The finished product I was delivered looked very much like that in the web site photos, both shape and colour. I have never ordered a costume made product online before but was very happy.

  I am so satisfied with my order. The suit is exactly what I wanted, amazing quality, and such neat work. The outfit fits me like a glove!! This was my first experience of ordering any Indian outfit online and I am super satisfied!   The orders were delivered on the promised date which was good, and the staff I spoke to were very keen to help.The quality of the garments was generally good, but on two occasions the firm could not supply the item that was advertised on the website. There was some delay in refunding the price of a returned item, but it was refunded, so I ended up satisfied.

  Excellent customer service. Fast shipping. Excellent material quality, which was quite a nice surprise because the price was so affordable. Beautiful outfit, fits me perfectly. I bought my outfit to wear just once for my friends wedding. The local boutiques near me were more expensive and made of flimsy cheap materials. Again I’m surprised at the high end materials used for their clothing. Thank you very much!

  The customer service experience I had was excellent. I wanted a suit by a certain date and they made sure it was delivered to me on time. They reassured me every step of the way by keeping in contact me. I truly appreciated that.

  Very poor! I paid for express delivery so I could have my Eid outfit on time. I had a call on Friday night advising I would have my outfit guaranteed for Eid and the day before Eid I get an email advising that my outfit is arriving late. Had I had known this, I could have bought something over the weekend. Utterly disappointed!
