  I placed a order being promised i will receive my suit by eid.I contacted the customer service by email and online messenger and was told its dispatched then on the 30th on may just couple of days before eid i was told i will receive it end of june.I am very disappointed and have nothing to wear on eid

  I was really skeptical to buy this but wow! It came so quick (3days) and it’s really well made. Dupatta is not as wide as it looks on the photo but it’s such a nice outfit! Love it! Will definitely buy again from this site.

  I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and service. My outfits look fabulous and they arrived in time as promised. Some of my outfits were a little on the small size and needed a little amendment but seriously this was a minor thing compared to the quality I received. Will definitely order more in the future.   I have bought clothing from Andaaz fashion before and have been delighted with my purchases. I have not been disappointed this time either. There is so much choice of outfits and a great range of sizes. The staff provide excellent communication and are keen to solve any problems and answer any queries.   This website has some wonderful products, a huge selection, and helpful support staff. I was looking for an outfit for an upcoming wedding - and actually found 2 outfits that I bought. Although one was delayed by several weeks, the staff were apologetic and called immediately to make sure there was sufficient time prior to the wedding. Thanks so much, I love both outfits.

  The overall quality of the clothes is good. However, I did not receive my clothing by the guaranteed delivery date. Secondly, one item had been stitched incorrectly and is much too short so unwearable. I am still waiting to hear back from you about how this will be resolved.

  I am going away next week & I specifically asked before placing my order if I could have confirmation it would arrive on time, I was sent a email from Andaaz saying it would definitely arrive in time & because of this email I placed my order. I have now received a email from DHL saying my order is arriving on the 23rd whereas I had been promised 19/20th latest. They obviously done this to get my money as expected. I will now have to take this further. Extremely disappointed as they are not responding to my emails either now. Typical Asian website!

  First the order arrived late, they did call me to be fair and mentioned that I hadn’t tapped in the size I needed for blouse when purchasing, I was confused as this option should have been mandatory, so how and why was I able to proceed with the order? When it finally arrived the blouse was not anything like it had been advertised, it was just plain fabric, no patterns to match sari. I am very very disappointed and will not be using this site again, and I will not be recommending to my family or friends either.
