Tyler, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I reviewed your order and you definitely did contact us and we definitely did reply to your situation. You contacted us on 1/3 regarding this issue. Our team responded shortly after receiving the message requesting more info and images of the damaged product. You then replied with the required info on 1/6 and we confirmed that a claim is being processed through. Visors in general are fragile items and though we put insurance and proper packaging, some delivery drivers are less careful than others. For this reason, we include insurance on all packages in case damages occur during transit. We'll make sure this is handled quickly and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Though we do pay for the best possible shipping along with insurance, some delivery drivers may be less careful than others. If you do have issues with the delivery drivers in your area, we can use other delivery options. We use most major delivery services and can select different ones if needed. We simply default to the fastest and reasonably priced option available to us for your area. However, you can always leave a note on your order if you have a preference.
