Hello, I am sorry to head about your experience. I do wish to expand and clarify on a few things here. Per your email, you were requesting to return a part that you attempted to install. It turns out that that part was not designed to fit your model. When you placed the order, we had reached out to warn you that the part you are ordering is universal and may not fit your model. We do also have notes on our site to warn that the parts are universal and may not fit all vehicles. We also do have notes to try and point you to the right direction as well. However, you decided to continue with the order as is. We also do have guidelines on our site on parts that can be accepted back for a return. We try to help out customers as best we can and if something may not work for them or is labeled as universal, we always reach to ensure they looked at all details and confirmed it will work for them. Hello, I am sorry to hear that the part may have some damage. I reviewed your order and do wish to clarify on a few things. These parts do include a warranty with them. If a part comes damaged, missing parts, or defective in some way, you are covered. Damages are most commonly caused during transit. Unfortunately, not all delivery drivers are careful and things being bounced or tossed around can cause some damages. Sometimes damages can occur during handling and packaging from the manufacturer. Though caution is taken to ensure this does not happen, warranties and insurance is placed on all parts to ensure you are covered. I do wish to note that the product you did receive was well within the manufacturer exceptions and should not impede performance in any way.
