Verified reviewOrdered some civic visors from USA using PayPal seen I am in Canada. Supplier cancelled my order after showing they had stock on the part. The unfortunate part is PayPal did not give me back a full refund seen the Canadian dollar dipped and is not the greatest currency which made me lose money. Supplier does not seemly care enough about their customer the least they could have done is offer an alternative product due to stock shortage not the greatest of sales people working at Procivic. I’d say to anyone looking for civic mats, check last fits or weather tech. Procivc is unorganized and does not have proper lead time on their products.

Kaheem, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Reviewing the order, it appears this could have been a inventory error on the manufacturer end. Though we do try to keep parts in stock as much as possible, we can also get them directly from the manufacturer if needed. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had an inventory error and though they did show one in stock, it was not found when preparing the order. We understand this can be frustrating, but we ensure to update the customer as quickly as possible and offer options on what can be done. Also note that due to the holidays, time frames may not be available initially due to early closing times or manufacturers closing for extended periods of time. Regarding the exchange rate, this is not something we have any control over. We can only issue refunds with the exact amount that was on the transaction. From there, it is up to the bank to refund the appropriate amounts. Exchange rates can affect this, but the banks should be the ones to contact if the amounts seem wrong. If you are having issues with this, we recommend to contact you bank or payment option you used to see what options are available to you. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Verified reviewI waited several months for a restock, and the rear window spoiler was poorly cut, not warped or anything just poorly cut the the fitment left a very noticeable curved gap. I've ordered this item before for my last Civic and it was great, so I was really disappointed with the quality it this time. I was able to install it luckily, but up close it doesn't look very good. Guess I just got unlucky this time around, just still disappointing.

Verified reviewI bought the Injen Short Ram intake for my 09 civic lx R18a1 engine type. The item was exactly as described and installed easily, and arrived quickly. I received a call from the customer service dept. to verify that I was in physical possession of the debit card I payed with. This is because some people use stolen information to buy things, that was the only thing unusual. But it was all above board and the transaction was all good. So if you get a phone call, I wouldn't be put off by that. Great company selling great products.
