  What a horrible experience. I had to follow up on an order after a period of time not receiving product. When I asked about order status I was told UPS forgot to pick it up and a new order was placed and would be shipping that day. After another week of not receiving product I asked again and was told it was on backorder and would be 2 ore weeks. At that point all trust has been lost and I cancelled my order.

  The mat is slippery when wet. I would try to find a slip resistant product before there is a fall. Handle on squeegee should be 24 in. Longer

  The mat. Is working great. We live in snow country and have a heated garage. Snow and ice melt off of the car as soon as we drive into the garage. We also have a sloped floor so all the water flows towards the door which turns into ice if it goes underneath the door to the outside. Having the mat allows us to clean up the melted material with a mop without it flowing onto the floor. We are very happy with the mat.

  It was a good experience, easy to order. I find it kind of strange that it is cheaper on amazon or costco compared to the website. It also took roughly a week for it to even leave the warehouse, when I could have ordered from amazon and it would have been at my door in two days. The customer service was top notch when I did call/email and they helped look into it. It just made me wonder why you prioritize 3rd party sites over your own! The product is great and I would definitely order again, just maybe from amazon!

  Ordering is easy. Pick a size. You can either measure your vehicle or use autofloorguard's recommendation based on your vehicle style. I oversized so I didn't have to worry about getting it centered perfectly when pulling into the garage. A tire curb (sold separately) should help in centering front to back, so we can still gain access to the hatchback without standing in slush/water.

  I like the product. What I don’t like is not having the sizes for long bed duelly pickups. I was going to order a custom size mat. I ordered the 22’ x 8.5’ mat. To get a mat made 24’ x 9’ was going to cost me more than twice what I paid for the mat I ordered. Don’t really see how that is possible. I wish you would just have a stock mat that would fit some bigger trucks out there.

  My order was filled same day but the order wasn’t picked up for another 5 days. I needed to contact the company as it showed tracking but wasn’t in the system for ups tracking. Customer service was very transparent and helpful. When the order arrived it was a double order and two boxes need to be sent back. After a week of use we like the product and definitely see the advantages of containing winter slop. The pads are doing a great job.

  Ordering from Canada, some wording on the website was confusing as to whether the price shown was in US or CAD currency. I contacted the company with questions regarding pricing and the sales agent was excellent in providing me with options not evident on the website. He provided me with a better price than what was available on either the company site or Amazon. The mat came very quickly after the order went in.

Unfortunately you advertise snow and snow means people with Studded snow tires, which are not listed on your website as a no go for the floor mats, as "heavy -duty " as you claim.   Been real happy with the floor guard product. I ordered 1 then I ordered 1 more for my truck and 2 more for my kids suburban's for Christmas. Only little issue. I wish the xl was a little longer for my extra cab 8' bed dually. They really hold in the welted snow. Great product.

  I actually have two of them now. The first one has worked so wonderfully. I decided to put one under my side-by-side with tracks and plow to keep all that water contained. I am very very pleased. Thanks. Everything from start to finish has been wonderful

  We absolutely love this mat & it’s purpose. In our opinion, this mat could be left open at the rear where most garage floors are slanted down as you pull into the garage, therefore most liquids could run out naturally preventing a lot of squeegeing.   Two mats ended up on my order even thought I only requested for one. I immediately sent an email stating this. I then called and spoke to customer service (Scott). He said it would be fixed. One mat showed up but yet I have still been billed for two. Let another message for customer service but nobody has contacted me back.

  EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I purchased this mat for my mother's new house because I have 3 at my house and had an issue with one of them. Once short email solved my issue so quickly that I wanted to get another for my mom. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Auto Floor Guard!!!

  My thought was fair price and good delivery time. Then I receive this add for 50% off that I don't remember it was for a second product so looks like I paid to much. It could be generated from the first purchase. I already have two the first one was purchased by a friend as a gift.

  Just purchased 2 mats for my trucks. Very impressed with the quality. Today, we had about 2 inches of snow and I pulled both the vehicles in the garage. Guess what, no snow on the floor. The mat did its job. I look forward to finally keeping my car in the garage during winter.
