  Site navigation was smooth. Delivery was timely. The Truxsport cover seems well made and closes securely. The installation video from TFO did not mention a torque value for the hold down bolts while the manual did. Cover seems made of substantial material and should have a long service life. Also comes w/ a good warranty. Time will tell.

  Second cover I buy from factory outlet. But this one is really good. Smooth operation, easy to assemble. Of course, it’s price but well worth upgrading. Endless options with the rail system, to add racks or accessories. I can be camping one day. Taking bikes strolls another day. Or, loading my ladder for work.

  We are so very happy with our new cover. It fits great and it looks great. We ordered a seal for the back end for the minor gap, but unfortunately all these companies we ordered from sent terrible seals. Right after we ordered, then we got a notice that there would be a free seal with each order. If we had known, we would have waited 3 days LOL

  The cover works as advertised however when the QR code is scanned for the warranty on the door hanger document that came with the tonneau cover it sends me to the "Real Truck" website therefore I am unable to register my purchase for the warranty.

  the website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Morrie, my customer service representative was very knowledgeable and talked me through my purchase. The tonneau cover I ordered (bakflipmx4) is an excellent cover for my truck. It arrived in perfect condition and I installed it with no issues. Installation instructions were very easy to follow. Overall, I would highly recommend this company if you are ever considering purchasing a tonneau cover you own truck!!

  The price was the best that I found and shipping was free and earlier than estimated! Very pleased and I’ve already recommended to a friend that he purchase his cover there.   It was delivered when scheduled and the bedrug came next day before ,got the cover the day befor3 the truck came in. Other than written instructions did not say the cover screws went on inside not outside which delayed install by2 hrs the video was correct.

  First order was damaged when I received it. It was replaced immediately. The second top was easily installed but I noticed that a small puddle remained on the top after the first rain. This never happened on my old extang top. I hope this was an isolated incident. If not, how do I correct the issue?

  Overall the tonneau cover is nice however the caps at the end of the cover near tailgate have clips and they pop off constantly. Also I have the new body style Chevy 1500 and the rubber seal does not make contact with the tailgate so I'm guessing water is going to leak in if it rains.

  I purchased the Retrax bed cover with the Thule TracRac SR. The price was the best I found. Both are working well and look great. There was a small issue with one of the products I ordered that was easily taken care of through their customer assistance. The communication was great and the issue was promptly fixed.   The cover fits @ works well, however I have not rear corner puce on the top trim that cracked after opening the cover a few times. I’ll send in a picture to the order ready & am hoping they’ll replace it. The install went well. I purchased the optional tool box & it’s nice, but over priced for what it is, in my opinion. I recommend this cover to anyone!

  The company is fine but the BAK unit is awful when retro fitted to fit a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. It leaks and it’s because the unit is a bad design for a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I have installed 10 units on trucks I purchased and the BAK by far was the most expensive. I paid $839 with free shipping and the company was great to deal with but the quality of the fit from BAK which makes excellent units is a real bad design for Honda Ridgeline. I have to live with the unit Now I guess but Do Not Buy for a Honda Ridgeline. I wish now I Had bought another design to fit my Honda. Rough Country makes an excellent cover bit as of date 12-2022 they do not make one for a Honda and by the way Rough Country has the BEST priced units of all manufacturers. They are based in Dyersburg TN and make an excellent product for most trucks. BAK is awful and the highest priced unit on the market. Their Honda unit is bad and a no buy.

  I called in to get information on various options for a bed cover and by the end of the phone call I placed my order as the sales person provided excellent customer service and provide them most competitive price. I can’t speak to the product itself just yet as it is a Christmas gift and has not yet been installed.

  First shipment was wrong fitment Part was looked up by Factory Outlet Personal. Second Bolts were incorrect for front running board brackets, bolts should have had threads full length of bolt and ones sent were only threaded halfway. Once issues were resolved love the steps.

  They gave me the best price on the 'net. Add to that the cover arrived UPSed (one plastic corner trim was broken) I called them and I had a replacement in 2 days - no fuss at all! I highly recommend them and the BAK X4S.

  My order went smoothly. Customer service was nice, and the price was good. However, there're two flaws from this order. First of all, my order was delivered to my neighbor's house, across my house from the street. I had to wait for my neighbor to get home to ask for help moving the stuffs to my house. Secondly, the cover was missing parts. After I installed it, I found out that there's an open gap about 5 inches at the front end near the front cover. I called Tonneau the next day to complain about the missing part of the cover, then they directed me to call the manufacture myself. This is not nice! But after all the manufacture had sent me a good replacement. Thank you!

  The outlet sent my cover on time and was great, however the tonneau cover leaks in the corners. I have tried a few things, but sill leaks. If you could let me know anything I could do, that would get great.

  I am a repeat customer with Tonneau Factory Outlet. They have competitive prices but more importantly they are there with great customer service when something goes wrong. The idiots at UPS managed to lose or damage 3 bike racks but they were persistent and finally number 4 arrived undamaged. It was no fault of theirs but they kept sending replacements with the only concern being my satisfaction. Plus one for Tonneau Factory Outlet and minus a million for UPS.
