  They did a great job answering questions and helping me find the right cover for my truck. They also helped me save several hundred dollars over the competition. Shipping was very quick, and while the package was damaged in transit nothing inside was damaged. I’m confident that if it was they would have helped me out. I went with a retrax one with the rails, and so far couldn’t be happier. Installation was easy and took less than a hour. We had a thunderstorm the next two days and when I went out the bed was dry and the drains seemed to be working correctly. Will definitely be coming back when I buy another truck. Or to buy the cross rails for my cover.

He offered me the best discount of all the companies I explored and I explored most all of them. I had recently ordered a new Ford F150 Platinum Hybrid fully loaded and the tonneau cover was my first major addition. I needed the cover for my travels and I wanted quality along with security. It took me about 3 weeks of online searches and reading review after review. I chose the Retrax Pro XR. Not only did I get the best discount with Tonneau Factory Outlet but I received it within a week from ordering. It was in perfect condition. If you are like me and have been searching for the best deal with a company that stands behind their products stop your search. You can't go wrong with Tonneau Factory Outlet.

The transaction lost a star as I was not made aware the cover recommended would wipe out my ability to utilize my cargo mgmt cleats / system that came with the truck. Still TBD whether an aftermarket cleat will work.

  Easiest way to save money on a quality tonneau. Site was easy to navigate, found what I was looking for, called and got a great deal. My cover arrived damaged so I contacted them and they worked with the factory to get a replacement cover out right away. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

  The ordering process was quick and easy. The chat rep was super knowledgeable and helped me get the order placed. The communication was A+ and shipping was fast. The only lack of 5 stars is due to the fitment issues with the Elevate Rack and Bak Revolver x4. Although instructions for both are good, what they don't tell you is when combined and used with the factory bed rail caps, the cover can't be opened or closed without binding due to the tolerances being so tight. I am now forced to remove or modify the bed rail caps to gain the 1/16 of an inch to get the cover to work without binding. This will be the 3rd time installing the cover to correct this. Once with just the cover, once with the cover and rack rails, and now to modify or remove the factory bed rail caps. On the bright side, the cover and rack are super easy to install. With this issue it would have been nice to have this disclosed prior to the sale. After all, they tested the compatibility of these products together. You can find similar issues online as well with this rack and cover combo. So I find it difficult to believe they did not run into this issue as well. Overall though, I'd do business with them again and recommend.

They had the cover I wanted, the price was better than elsewhere, it was shipped quickly (by today's standards) and it fits perfectly. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

  Purchase was easy. Cover arrived within a week, and I installed pretty easily as instructed. However, at the hinge point for lifting the front cover, there was a small void in the weather stripping that would have allowed water to run straight into the bed. I critiqued that and within two days I received a email asking for pictures to try and correct the problem. I was sent new lengths of weather stripping that I installed in less than and hour and the problem was resolved. Thank you Jamie. All in all, a good experience and recommend this product and company.

  I ordered the Bak Flip G2 cover which came directly from BAK Flip. The cover arrived on time. I paid a friend who’s good with tools $50 to install the cover. He goes to install the rails and realizes that known of the hardware matches up with the rail system. We also notice that there is also hardware missing. I contact BAK and they say i probably received the wrong hardware for my cover. So they send me the correct hardware and it arrives in 3 days. I have my friend come back over and install the Tonneau cover. After he installs the cover we notice the corner on each side of the front of the cover are sharp and appear to be unfinished. I contacted BAK FLIP and sent them pictures to see if that whey the finished edge on the cover is supposed to look like? Haven’t heard anything yet. At this point I’m starting to regret getting this cover. Hopefully BAK FLIP will get in touch with me soon. Purchasing a tonneau cover shouldn’t be a nightmare!
