  My first order was lost (producer's fault I'm told) but I called I don't know how many times to get it figured out and it simply took too long. It didn't need to. I realize producers of products (in this case BAK) are backed up but that was not the reason for my delay. Mine order was simply lost and it should not have taken as long to get the whole situation rectified.

  Extremely pleased with Tonneau Factory Outlet! Kudos to Jeff, Gary, and everyone else that helped me. My BAK MX4 was delayed but through no fault of theirs. It was just delayed from the factory because it was a totally new truck model. They kept me informed! The price was great and product was superb, and that says nothing about their customer service response!

  The tonneau cover is excellent. It looks great, fits perfect, and was easy to install. The only issue was the delay from the factory. I can't fault them for that. As soon as it was in stock, they shipped it out fast. Highly recommend tonneau factory outlet and the Bak tonneau cover.

  While the manufacturer sent me the wrong cover, Tonneau Factory outlet took care of the issue right away, had my new cover shipped and arrived in a week. They also arranged for fed ex to pick up the wrong cover that was sent. Great experience, Destynee was awesome to work with to solve the issues... I highly recommend.

  A bit over a month ago I purchased a cover a Remax pro and so far am very happy with functionality and quality. My only complaint is with the shipping company. Both the seller and the factory have nothing to do with the games they are now playing.Delivery proved to be sticking point. The delivery company tried to state that they attempted delivery at 2:15 in the afternoon! I have a H.D video camera on my front door that's also infra-red. Any attempt to approach gets you videoed. For the date and time frame, a complete blank FED EX, be warned, I am not the only one using video. They also had the Gaul to state that next time I should manage my delivery better. Like I was supposed to know that their delivery guy was going to quit early and go home on Friday afternoon for his weekend. Today there are 2 choices. Fed Ex and U.P.S... And they know it. Heck the U.S.P.S. is actually starting to look good again.

  I returned my cover without taking delivery and 3 weeks later I still have not recieved credit nor a response requesting my refund. Ive emailed 2x and no response. And dont think you are purchasing from these people directly. They are just a middle man that gets their tops from the same distributor and evryone else.

  I bought the Bac Revolver X4s and they had the best price I could find anywhere, including factory direct! Delivery is what it was. Meaning the Covid has everything messed up everywhere. FedEx was about 4 days behind the promised date. Overall, I would definitely buy from them again. Ordering was simple and straight forward. The experience was great.

  Using the website was easy and ordering over the phone was also easy. The only problem was the delivery time. My order was placed and paid for on August 6 with a 15-21 business day estimate for shipping. The actual shipping date was September 16 (29 business days after ordering) and delivery September 22. I am very happy with the product quality and the ease of installation.

  Price was very good, but the tonneau was drop-shipped from the manufacturer with the incorrect mounting hardware for my vehicle. I had to do all the legwork to get the new kit shipped out which took hours of my time and several weeks before I was actually able to install the cover.

  Good price and it drop shipped from factory. Not much customer service unless you use the chat feature. I was worried this was a scam but the cover came and it looks legit.

  Jeff and Nicole were both very pleasant to work with. My tonneau was delayed quite a while due to circumstances beyond their control, and I did have to contact them myself for progress updates. However, when I did contact them, they were quick to respond. The cover finally arrived in perfect condition and i couldn't be happier.
