  They take your order, charge your credit card and have the manufacturer drop ship the cover to you. Yes, they did as they said they would do and I was happy with the price.

  While shopping all over the internet for a tonneau cover I stumbled upon the tonneau factory site, prices looked good and product choices were good and a “pop up chat” came up and I was going to ignore and click off site as I usually find them annoying, thankfully I did not as I said ok make me a deal on my cover and in a few clicks I had a way better price on the cover I wanted. I opted to order and while working that order out with customer assistance I also found a bed liner I was interested in as well, a quick click and I was able to get a huge discount on the bed liner. Customer service called me to combine the orders, confirmed all the needed information and sent all the paperwork for the order. I had my stuff in about a week. Exactly what I wanted, perfect fit, and saved a bunch of money as well. Tonneau Factory knows their stuff, super helpful on the computer as well as on the phone. Super prices and quick shipping. The two best things I’ve added to my new Ranger are from Tonneau Factory

  I went to the site, entered the item I was looking for and then received a good price. I spoke to the rep to place my order and mentioned I needed my cover ASAP. I paid a small fee to Expedite the order and it showed up in less than 48 hrs! This was my 2nd purchase in 4 yrs As I Work out of my truck and trade every 24 months, I wouldn’t buy from anyone else! Thanks again for another great transaction!

  Excellent service and pricing!! Delivery was expedited quickly after ordering and shipping free. Installing was done in an hour. Instructions included provided all information. I did check out videos which had some tips. Installed on 2020 GMC 2500 HD Denali. Highly recommend this company.

  The site is easy to understand. The selection is great. BUT where TCO stands out is their service. Polite, timely, honest, and from what I found priced UNDER everyone else. The knowledge of EVERYONE you talk to, is superb. EVERYONE knows their products. But if you ask them something they do not happen to know, the answer is quick to come.   I shopped several sites for a cover. Finally called Tonneau Factory Outlet. The customer service, while ordering, and after ordering is worth MORE than a 5 star rating. Not to mention the lowest price that I found. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

  Ridiculous experience!!! The best part of the experience was the ordering...as soon as my order was placed and my CC was charged, the experience went to hell in a hand basket. 1st, the order was on back order (no mention of the when trying to order). I cancelled a portion of my order 6 weeks later when it was apparent I would not have the order in time for my vacation. 1 month later, I still did not have my money for the refund. ONLY AFTER filing a claim with my bank did I get some help, although it took 4 MORE months for that. Overall, the experience was ridiculous. I recommend you look elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money on these jokers.

  This is my second time ordering with TCO, and both times the experience was fantastic. I researched multiple sites, retailers and styles. Every time I reached out to TCO over chat they were responsive and took all the time I needed to consider my full question and provide their expert advice. I settled on the bakflip mx4 for my 2020 ram short with ram boxes and the multifunction gate. The installation and instructions could have been better but this wasn't TCO fault. Everything they did was perfect.

  I thoroughly researched a variety of covers for my new truck and settled on the BackFlip unit sold by Tonneau Factory Outlet. The price was significantly lower than local retail stores and there was sufficient video support for installation. The staff at Tonneau FO were very helpful and the shipping was awesomely fast. Once received all the parts were accounted for and of great quality. I did all the install work myself and it went very well. It took me longer than the estimated install time to get the unit properly fixed but in the end, the project looked great and functioned as promised. It's a great company to deal with and I appreciate them very much. Thanks!
