Verified reviewPurchasing the dirt bikes was easy they came quickly and on time. As far as the actual dirt bikes go, they have been nothing but problems from day one. The front shock was leaking on one of the bikes, the throttle was stuck open on the carburetor and now one of them will not work at all, it gets no spark. We have attempted to contact customer service multiple times, and have never heard back. Also parts are almost impossible to find even if you do figure out what the problem is. Would absolutely not recommend, and would never do business with again.

Verified reviewThe product purchase was fairly easy and straight forward. Communication with MotoBuys was decent during the purchasing process. But as soon as we received our purchase we realized it had some damage. After letting their service department know the steering wheel was drilled wrong and had to be installed incorrectly, they felt it appropriate to send a can of spray paint and some random nuts and bolts. There were over 30 deep scratches and gouges on the frame, which they received pictures of in many follow up emails. We never heard from anyone at MotoBuys after we informed them of all the issues. We Would NOT recommend using this website unless you have the knowledge to touch up scratches and gouges yourself. Do not expect timely responses if any at all from any of the staff.

Hello, After reviewing all images and emails, it seems like you had some very minor scratches which is the reason for providing the paint. There were no pictures of gauges included. Also, we did notice that you needed new sticker, which I also see was included in your Parts Request Order. Lastly, we suggest removing the screws from the steering wheel, line up the holes, and then screw in the screws. The fact that it took me making a poor review for your company to get a timely response is disappointing. Further more the new sticker replacement was appreciated, along with the spray paint that we have to use to fix the multitude of issues that came on the frame. That being said we were led to believe that we were purchasing a brand new unit, and were dissatisfied with the condition it was shipped in. Which your company was notified about immediately, which was met with a tremendous amount of silence after we received the spray paint. As for the steering wheel, removing the screws and lining them up, will not work. Ken in tech support has already received an email with attached pictures of the steering wheel screw holes being drilled incorrectly. That being said, he either never saw the email or didn't care that a vital part of the machine we bought from MotoBuys was defective. Not once did I receive any correspondence back about these issues once the spray paint and sticker were mailed.

Hello, You did receive a new unit. Your unit having Shipping Damage does not mean it's a used vehicle. Yes, the spray paint would fix the scratches that were on the roll cage/frame due to shipping damage. I spoke with our Tech Support, and he advised that the steering wheel was not being assembled correctly. Based off the pictures you provided, we noticed that you were lining up the screws 1 by 1and tried to screw them in, however, this method will not line up the holes. For this reason, I advised that you line up the holes first, put the screws in to hold the place of the holes once lined up, and then proceed with tightening the screws. If you are still unable to install the steering wheel, please send a video to customercare@motobuys.com, showing your attempt to install the steering wheel so we may assist further. Verified reviewThe Jeep I ordered came in on time. The pallet was damaged. The cardboard was damaged, when I opened I noticed damage to the body, some minor. When I went into reverse, it wouldn’t shift back into neutral. I emailed the company about my problem. No response. My son looked into it. The shifting arm was in upside down and the lever it was connected to was also on wrong. It does shift now , but makes a unusual grinding noise when shifting to 2nd and 3rd.

Verified reviewEverything was perfect! Up until it came down to getting it licensed. I was able to reach someone regarding my title and they said to call if the licensing department gave me any trouble. Well they needed an MSRP so I tried calling... and tried calling... and tried calling! They must have taken a month off cause I never was able to get ahold of them. I tried email and never got a reply. The licensing office finally put the amount I paid as the msrp which was awesome and things worked out. All in all my experience was good and I am definitely buying a dirt bike for my kids soon from Motobuys!

Verified reviewI bought my very first motorcycle, Trailmaster TM38, from this company as a childhood dream of mine. From the day I received the bike it came with a few problems as I have listed to customer service via email. The kickstart does not work, the headlight blows the main fuse when I start it if it’s on, the kickstart rubs against the body and scratched off the paint. Since the first startup it does not start up right away. A part from the suspension fork did not fit. The battery has died on me quickly. Now my bike does not start and it’s brand new. I am very disappointed with what I received and I never got a reply back from customer service via email. I work Monday- Saturday and most of my shifts are 12hrs so I am best contacted through email. Customer service told me they would send my problems with pictures I have sent to a technician and I never heard back and I sent another email asking what happened and I still did not receive an answer. I work a lot of hours and would have loved being able to spend my free time using my bike but now I have a motorcycle that sits and does not run. The very few times I have used it have been fun but it only turns on at random times. I was interested in buying a go kart or quad from this company but after having this brand new bike that is not reliable at all has made me lose interest. I am doing payments on a motorcycle I can not use. At this point I want a full refund or exchange, at least a proper response with proper action. I am moving to a new job soon that will give me more free time so I am in hopes to hear back from the company soon.

Verified reviewI would give 5 stars; however the front brake caliper is poorly made and will not bolt on due misalignment of the bolt holes. I have submitted multiple warranty requests to send new caliper with no response. Very poor customer service, beware

Verified reviewI bought the apollo blazer 9 for my son. I was very reluctant about buying a Chinese bike but i didn't want to spend 4500 for my sons first atv. We have had it for about 3 months now and this thing is awesome. He rides every day, and i mean every day with no problems. It was a great buying experience. I called motobuys to ask some questions about the difference models i was looking at. They answered all of them. I purchased right over the phone with my credit card. They said expect 10 days for delivery and it was at my door step in 5. I would recommend motobuys to anyone looking for a atv or motorcycle. When I get ready for the next size, I will be calling motobuys.
