Verified reviewOrdered 2 for the kids and 1 for the adults. They are fun. One of the kid go carts didn’t start, technical issue found to be the wiring to battery was installed backwards. Called tech support and he was attempting to be helpful, but didn’t point us in the right direction. Thank goodness my husband figured it out!

Verified reviewI waited the longest for my trailmaster mb 200-2. I'm from Alaska, it had to travel to get to me, but the wait was worth it! I use mine on a 25 mile long gravel road on rolling hills. This little bike can hit 40 mph going down hill! Wow! And I'm going up to 34 mph on level ground! Great bike! Glad I got it, hope to keep it for years. I'm riding it stock, no modifications to it.

Verified reviewDelivery was right on time. Customer support was excellent. There was a disconnect between the shipping agent and Motobuys in the shipping address. I was happy to see that Motobuys provided the shipper information and I was able to check on my order and provide the correct information. Although it was unfortunate that the shipping company still transposed the address a second time, the delivery company was able to call me once they realized there was no such address and all turned out well.

Verified reviewSite was easy to navigate, ordering process was not difficult. Shipping was fast. The only issue I had was the degree of assembly that was described. More complicated to assemble than I anticipated.

Verified reviewI’ve received very little support for my non running machine, 1 return email over the span of 20 days and me sending 3 emails. I would never purchase from this company again. Wasted money and a non functioning pit bike.
