Verified reviewMy purchase from auto buys was a good experience when I called the number I was able to talk to a live representative which in today’s world is unheard of the guy gave me all the information I was looking for and then some the minibike I bought was also better quality than I expected. When I could see it close up it has a rubber mounted motor. It runs awesome it tops out just about 35 miles an hour or a little bit over. The only problem I had was with delivery. The forklift obviously smashed into the metal frame crate that the minibike is packaged in and when I took the front axle out to get it out of the metal creating, it had just a very slight bend I called MOTORS and again talk to a live person. Explain the issue with delivery sent pictures told him I need a new front axle. He did not hesitate. He sent it out right away. No charge even gave me a can of touchup paint for the rear rack of the minibike, which also had a scuff into the paint from the creating and he sent me a can of touchup paint I would strongly recommend purchasing from this company. My experience was awesome and the quality of the bike is really well-made.

Verified reviewEverything went great from the start. I think I got the scooter within six days. Then as they said the title came about a week or so later. I got it assembled and it arrived in good shape. No issues. I love the scooter. I would definitely get something else from here. I’m already ready for something faster. But it’s so fun.

Verified reviewI ordered two vehicles I received my motorcycle in a week, which was great. The other I received roughly a week and a half after no issues there the second truck driver gave us a hard time dropping it off. the Hawk 250 runs wonderfully have no issues. The tryker 200 runs fine after 20 miles it started to squeak We took the back end apart and greased up everything seems to be running good now. I thought the customer service was excellent.

Would recommend them and would purchase from them again. Assembly instructions were basically non-existent, but if you are mechanically inclined you can figure it out, otherwise, I recommend paying for assembly.

Verified reviewWhile trying to order a Mini XRX online, there were problems with the website. I called their customer service and Talked to A gentleman named Bob. He took care of the problem immediately while I was on the phone and the ordercwas placed and he gave me an additional discount for my trouble. I received the gokart as expected on the delivery date. Out of the box there was an electrical issue that prevented the gokart from starting. I called customer service and was put in contact with Devin. He sent me replacement parts immediately. I received them in about 5 days. I live in rural Indiana. I replaced the parts and the gokart has run great ever since. My 6 year old grandson loves it. The only negatives are the owner's manual being hard to understand because of Chinese to English translation issues and being incomplete. If you are mechanically inclined or have some basic experience working on or owning an ATV or other equipment with small engines you'll have no problems. I would buy another gokart from Motobuys.
