Verified reviewMotorcycle looks great came in in only a week or so? Was pumped to get it and ride, it came with no front axle nut, i tex them explained the problem, said they would send one, after about 10 days i yext again, supposed to have one on the way, its been over 5 weeks still havent gotten the nut or ridden our brand new bike. Dont expect any aftercare, i guess we will try and find something safe and pay for it locally.

After about 3 weeks and three requests for front axle nut and not riding a brand new motorcycle that we had anticipated riding for months. And many requests i got a pbone call telling me the nut was on back order and not available, and they suggested going to local harware store and buying one... its a brand new bike. Im not sure if its a locking nut, a castle nut etc, (its pretty important that your front axle stay in place) , why can they not take one from another bike in stock, how would they like it if we sent the whole thing back in exchange for another one with an axle nut.. very dumb.. it would be a good idea to make this right.. we were planning on another one and some other people in neighborhood were thinking of getting one. I own a business too, i would rob one off another bike and replace it when you get one.. right now we have a pretty red paper weight.
