Verified reviewLauren was fantastic, great communication, transparent and honest, other name brand online jewelers were dishonest. Better selection of top quality sapphires and honestly priced matched the same stone a competitor had priced lower. Custom ring was made, it came out exactly as i wanted, craftsmanship, box, verification documents were all top notch. I am happy to do business with them again, especially Lauren. Do your research, most of the other jewelers state their stones are exclusive to them, that is not true, I learned that these stones are sourced from common dealers, regardless of the final jeweler. That doesn't mean they are all that way just some.

The color is just the right kind of blue that matches my personality. The diamonds are brilliantly white. I am very happy to have purchased this piece from the Natural Sapphire Company. I don't think I would ever get the same quality gem anywhere else. More so, Lauren's assistance was tremendously helpful and patient. She guided me through my different choices. This was a shot in the dark for me, as I don’t live near their store and I did not have a chance to see my jewelry which I was gifting in person. She was so quick to respond to questions and was very polite! When my jewelry came in the mail, I was very pleased to see that not only was the jewelry just as gorgeous as the pictures, but the certification and boxing was gorgeous- so much so, I didn’t even have to wrap it to gift it! Katherine even took the time to meet with us in person when we were in the city visiting. Seeing the emeralds up close really helped make our decision. We went through several design changes and Katherine was able to show us all the options so we could narrow our selection and find the perfect ring. She was also very communicative, responding quickly to emails and gave timelines so we weren’t waiting/surprised. The Natural Emerald Company has a great selection and quality, and even better teammates like Katherine. I highly suggest working with her, it was a great experience from start to finish!
