Verified reviewGreat website navigation, great customer service ; very attentative and responsive. Took a long time with my decision but never pressured. Very happy with my purchase and it's presentation. I would recommend getting their mold if buying a ring. So hard to determine how it will appear on someone's finger.

Neli and the production department were prompt, responsive, and gave helpful feedback regarding finished that were well- suited to the band designs we had selected. My fiance ultimately changed his mind upon initial receipt of his ring, and they were able to turn around the reworked band extremely quickly, which was very impressive and much appreciated.

Friendly, professional, intelligent, responsive, helpful, gives excellent advice, amenable and simply excellent in every capacity. I am extremely please with my purchase and I am a relatively experience buyer of jewelry. I actually first purchased an emerald from Tiffany before finding Lauren. I returned the purchase to Tiffany and couldn't be happier with what I have received from Natural Emeralds - a higher quality emerald that is both larger and a better value than what Tiffany sold me. Part way through the purchase, I found an emerald I liked even better and Natural Emeralds (via Lauren) was more than happy to make the switch and finished the specific setting I wanted in barely any extra time. She is outstanding.

Lauren helped me throughout the process, helping me through the payment process, sending me mockups of the custom jewelry and taking the time to email me videos of the finished ring before shipping. The engagement ring came out beautiful and my fiancée loves it. I am grateful to Lauren and all the other people that helped me with this special purchase.

Verified reviewI have just received my beautiful emerald ring just a couple weeks ago and I love it! The whole process of choosing the emerald, ring style was quite fun! Once I chose the stone and ring style, I ordered the 3-D molding which really help to finalize my decision. I did have questions, and Katherine was able to help me quickly. It took about three weeks for the ring to arrive. The process, Katherine and the ring deserve a five star!!
