My most recent purchase was a stunning pendant from the Natural Emerald Company. Lauren assisted me in finding the perfect shade of green to coordinate with an emerald ring I had purchased from the NEC earlier in 2024. She recommended several stones that were suitable, in a variety of price points. I received the pendant today, November 12th. This emerald has a beautiful glow from within and is so superior to emeralds I have seen in person in a number of jewelry stores in my hometown of Houston. The entire process of choosing an emerald and then picking a setting to show the gem’s outstanding qualities is a seamless operation. Lauren is patient, helpful and intuitive. Being a recipient of an emerald ring from the natural emerald company was such a great experience. Their emeralds are gorgeous and to this day can’t stop staring at my emerald engagement ring. I’m so happy my fiancé went with the natural emerald company to find my engagement ring. I had looked at emeralds previously at other locations, but nothing caught my eye. The emerald I received, by far, exceeded any other emeralds I had seen. It came with a beautiful box, an appraisal, and a cleaner solution. Since I was so happy with the ring I decided to custom design a ring for my fiancé. Charlotte was great to work with. Her team was able to create a memorable ring for my fiancé. Being from out of state wasn’t an issue at all. Charlotte was one email or phone call away. Very professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. I received pictures and updates and everything to make this a stress free experience. It made such a large purchase easy with no hassles at all. They were even able to rush an order and ship it to us to meet our deadline. They were very accommodating to our wants and needs. The quality of the gems, the costumer service, the craftsmanship, and the ease of the process has made us repeat costumers and we can’t wait to continue working with The Natural Emerald Company for future purchases. Verified reviewThe Natural Sapphire Company now sells emeralds. Their selection of emeralds from Zambia is extraordinary. The stones are green, transparent and brilliant. I purchase a 4.66 ct center stone for a necklace and two 2.25 ct stones for earrings. Very happy.
