The website was easy to navigate to find the gem and setting. Charlotte was the one that assisted me during the initial process of building the ring based on what my partner wanted. Charlotte was responsive when I had any questions. Updates once the ring was purchased were frequent and received all the updates from purchase to pick up. The team were also great while Charlotte was not available during the pick up and the ring looks amazing. My now fiancé loves the ring and it was everything she imagined her ring to be. While there are so many of the settings to choose from I liked parts of several and she worked with their designers to help me get exactly what I envisioned. They sent a wax model (that goes into the final charge, so I could further tweak a few things.) The stone is spectacular. There is no pushy sell. I highly recommend this company and Amrita.

Amrita kept me updated throughout the whole ring making process. The ring was delivered to me much earlier than expected, FEDEX delivery in 2 days from USA to UK was impressive and FEDEX has a very easy system to pay customs duty and taxes. Relieved Trump did not decide to increase tariffs which was a concern buying from the USA at this time. My next project will definitely be with Amrita and I can, without hesitation, recommend the NATURAL SAPPHIRE COMPANY and Amrita.

Being New York based meant we got to have many in-showroom visits with 1-on-1 help from the excited, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable Amrita who not only helped us get the exact ring we wanted but helped me facilitate surprising my partner so that she didn’t know we were ring shopping until Amrita handed her the box of stones to pick from! Truly this is not the typical sales experience, it was a collaboration between artisan jewelers and us the patrons. For anyone wanting a non-traditional engagement stone THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
