I had met with many sapphire vendors in the past few months and my experience with her was truly unique in the gemstone industry. She was so forthright and honest in her thoughts and I never once felt pushed to buy in any way. As a matter of fact, she was so thoughtful that it felt like I was working a very smart friend who happened to be an expert in sapphires. She also helped me navigate through the myriad of possible settings and kept sending me potential computer generated images showing how the stone I selected-which was truly magnificent- would look in each setting. Michael was also just wonderful. This is beautiful setting to choose a breathtaking gem, where I was able to take all the time I needed while getting wonderful, expert feedback.
