Lauren was a dream to work with - she was very communicative before my appointment and was very helpful in narrowing down my choice of stone and design. After sending me mock-ups of my custom design, she walked me through the ordering process, which was easy to navigate on the website, and kept me updated on timing and delivery until my necklace was delivered to my door! TNSC was able to customize the width and fastening lengths on my necklace perfectly. I love how my necklace turned out and look forward to working with Lauren again in the future!
