  NAF has a good team and great communication. Professional, speedy, and very helpful and friendly! The entire team who helped on my mortgage application and processing were all expedient, straight shooters. If they did not know an answer they knew who to go to who would and got right back to me with the answer. NAF is great.

  We appreciated the fact that Taylor used modern technology to communicate quickly and clearly. A quick text or call instead of a form letter or e-mail was so much more personal and timely. We applied for funding from our primary bank (Navy Federal Credit Union) concurrently and even though both organizations offered the same APR we chose New American largely because of the knowledge and attention Taylor provided us. This was my third home purchase and hands down the best experience so far. We don't plan to ever buy again but if we did Taylor would be getting the first call! - Chad McMeen

  New American Funding (NAF) is a stellar choice when looking to refinance. While other places can take several months and have all sorts of hoops to go through, NAF keeps it simple. Not only that, it didn't take months to go from start to finish, but a mere matter of weeks.

  I like that New American is flexible with the years you can pick for how long to pay off your mortgage. The interest rates are typically the lowest you can get at the time period of financing.
