  Very efficient! Did not have to spend along time on the phone handling complex matters. Given the nature of the matter I was impressed by the clarity accuracy and simplicity of the program given it's complex nature. From start to finish, maybe an hour on the phone.   Your Law firm has been well represented to me by Cynthia, Wanzy and Mariene. Each of them had specific qualities that they shared with me that enabled me to disentangle myself from National Debt Relief and Alleviate who had attempted to help me too. The three of them would not "let go of my hand" until we set me in a position to get out of my financial quagmire I am in. I am truly grateful to get an opportunity once again to try to salvage my reputation as a credible debtor. I shall do all in my power to fulfill my responsibility to pay consistent payments the next 30 months to clear my name at least with two of my 10 creditors. Thank you for having Cynthia with her compassionate persistence and patience, Wonzy with his patient intercession with One Main and Mariene with her concise professionalism of protection of me, with my own bank. They were wonderful, in that it took hours to complete all transactions. Thanks for hiring people of excellence to handle us as new clients.

  Tiffany Wiley is an asset to your company and the reason I listened. I didn’t understand what was happening to my debt that was supposed to be paid off or paying off. She expressed in both professional and personal concerns of the importance of getting help. I was at the moment of giving up on everything. Gave me a wake up call and assured me she can help. I do believe I can possibly get out of this mess I am in. I have burden of problems right now. Even so I truly believe and giving my last round. I owe close to 80k. Let’s see what happens now. Dealing with heart failure and a ln accident out of work and in pain with a ton of other things going on. They promised me to do their best to relieve this monster of debt I occurred.   Speaking to the primary callers was excellent. However, when I was transferred to the "Welcoming Team" it was terrible. The speaker had a VERY soft voice and spoke with a distinct foreign accent. I repeatedly had to ask her to speak up and/or repeat what she had just said because her voice was so soft and her accent very, very difficult to understand. As a result, the phone call took twice as long and I agreed to several statements I could not understand even after 3-4 tries. I would recommend that you use US-based people to perform this task.
