  When we started the process with Leon Mallett our experience was great. Leon definitely is an asset to New American Funding. Unfortunately we had several issues we were not happy with once our file went to the final process with dealing with the underwriting dept. Overall we were able to complete the process just not as smoothly as we expected

  On our escrow papers I checked the box to be funded by check, but they did a wire transfer instead and we were charged $18.50 by our bank for that transfer. I had asked the escrow lady if I needed to fill in our banking information if we were going to be funded by check and she said yes.

  New American Funding has been my lender for the past two refinance options and they have been nothing but amazing.   Michelle is a asset to this company, the underwriters on the other hand is a different story. The bottom line is you get a good Person like I had you will make it through the process. The underwriters nearly cause the closing to be late after extending date already.

  Not too happy with the way escrow handle the payment of our Macy's account they transposed the account wrong when they sent the payment to Macy's and didn't seem very helpful and resolving it still having problems to this day account has not been paid

  Over-all a great experience. We had a small roadblock towards the end due to communication issues from our loan specialist that almost delayed closing. But between the great interest rates, low fees, and amazing loan consultant, the experience was mostly pleasant.

  Scott was very understanding and accommodating with me while I worked through the process of figuring out what loan options would work for me. I appreciated his help and patience. Taking out a loan can be intimidating and downright scary. Scott and the team smoothed it out even with my own busy schedule and in the face of some stiff competition. Kudos!

  From the start, New American provided everything I needed, from lower interest rates to shorter mortgage terms. Their website laid out the types of plans they had, and their personal were able to answer every question I had along the way There was a never a moment, while dealing with New American, that I thought I could find a better company.

  I started with a lender who was awful. I was literally sent in loops but credit karma referred me to New American funding which is where I met Tiffanie. I explained to her what happened with my previous lender and she was very pleasant, walked me through the process and I am now a first time homeowner! Thanks Tiffanie for making my daughter's year and making the process so smooth!

  The refinance process I personally went through with new American funding was extremely easy and comfortable. The entire process was explained well by the loan officer and each team member involved was quick to answer questions, as well as, quick to try to process each step accordingly. I had a great experience .
