  The team at MIS insurance was one to remember, the attention to detail from the representative I was speaking to was outstanding and I am very glad they were able to make my day a little easier with the expert services they provided. Jessy the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was not only well spoken but he made a difficult situation on my part seem as if it was a walk in the park. Thank you for all your help and if you ever get Jessy on the phone to help with your problems you can trust me by saying that it will be handled in a timely manner along with the utmost professional standards provided!

  All the reviews are sooo true! I’m so happy I was able to get my insurance with this company! Everyone is very helpful especially Fred. He went above and beyond answered every single question I had and was very very patient with me on explaining anything I didn’t understand. He also gave me the best rates he could find!!   Angie is always helpful and always available She is honest and up front with everything. She actively looks for the best rates and coverage annually and is always looking out for the customer.   THIS IS A LOVE LETTER TO KEN FROM MIS insurance. He is the result of a panicked google search at the dmv and its turned out the be the best google search of my life. Ken takes extra time and spends extra energy making sure his customers are not only happy but able to afford their insurance plan. He also gives you his cell phone number to call and text which makes him so easily accessible. Thanks to Ken I was able to un-suspend my license for no insurance (the same day ...he saved me 2 dmv trips), and then 8 months later he helped me create an insurance plan that fit into my budget, got me the coverage I required and allowed me to afford the new car I desperately needed. Ken I can not thank you enough!!!! Thank you for caring about your job and about the people you work with. Thank you for being so kind and helpful and willing to try new things!
