I ordered checks March 21 and was supposed to receive proofs on March 22. I had to contact customer service on March 25 to follow up on the proofs. Nichele Noga was able to help find my order and confirm the information. She sent the proofs same day for approval and I received the checks on March 28.

Typically ordering checks is a super easy process, this past experience not so much, but I will say, this is the 1st time in the 18 months I have worked with our company, that we have ever had an issue. For whatever reason, I wasn't able to re-order our checks online like I usually do, after a week of failed attempts I called Sage Forms and was not able to get anybody on the phone, which is also not the typical when calling in. I left a VM and never got a returned call. Luckily the next week I remembered I hadn't gotten a response so, I called back, got a rep, she pulled our file and placed the order. We were still able to get our checks on time. The bar was missed a bit this experience however, again, this is the 1st time anything like this has happened. We are pleased with the products and services!

I always use Sage forms to have the highest quality forms available for my Sage 100 accounting software. I was very disappointed that I was sold red 1099/1096 forms despite, as a program developer, they knew that these forms are no longer accepted by the IRS for the information return filing. I would have expected a better customer service experience from a reputable company!!

The window envelopes ordered were exactly what we requested. The mailing cost was more than the cost of the envelopes. Your over $120.00 mailing cost could have been sent in a Large USPS Flatrate Priority Box for $27.80, making the purchase much more affordable for Hawaii residence customers. Similar charges have been charged on previous purchases from your company. Payroll checks for someone in Florida was sent to us. We contacted you and were told that you would be sending us a shipping label to send the incorrect order to the proper party and we would receive our checks. We had to contact the company ourselves and they sent us a shipping order. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR CHECKS but we did receive a bill for them. We are almost out of checks. Lets hope this communication actually does something and we get our missing payroll check stock. VERY UNSATISFYING.

I was disappointed that the envelopes I wanted to order were not available. I did reach out to Customer Service and they did order them for me, but advised they were back ordered until June. I placed the order and then when June came, and no order was received, I inquired and was told you had received a short shipment. I was able to order a substitute to get me through until the order could be filled. I totally understand the shortages in the world we live in now but was surprised by the long wait. I will be stocking up as soon as supplies are replenished to avoid another gap in resources. I do wish I would have been kept more in the loop on the delivery status.

HUGE shout out for the FANTASTIC customer service from Kat Hinkle. There was a little mistake with our account number that was printed on the first batch of checks, no fault from Sage forms. I placed an order for checks, deposit slips, and endorsement stamps. I had to call back to get proofs sent over, then the only part of the order that was processed was the laser checks. I had to call again to get the deposit slips and endorsement stamps ordered. Now I've received everything and one of the deposit slips has an error in the account number.

My order was for two items that were both reorders- however the deliveries of these items is separate and many weeks part from one another. I would love to see SAGE make better shipment times for reorders, at best dates that are closer to one another when items are related such as reordered deposits & checks on the same account!
