  I ordered thru email and it was simple. Bill Block was great. Only complaint was that I had an email for 20% off, but my style of check didn't qualify. I think ALL your checks and forms should be treated equally. Bill Block did get me a small discount due to the confusion with the email I had received.

  I ordered checks March 21 and was supposed to receive proofs on March 22. I had to contact customer service on March 25 to follow up on the proofs.   Typically ordering checks is a super easy process, this past experience not so much, but I will say, this is the 1st time in the 18 months I have worked with our company, that we have ever had an issue. For whatever reason, I wasn't able to re-order our checks online like I usually do, after a week of failed attempts I called Sage Forms and was not able to get anybody on the phone, which is also not the typical when calling in. I left a VM and never got a returned call. Luckily the next week I remembered I hadn't gotten a response so, I called back, got a rep, she pulled our file and placed the order. We were still able to get our checks on time. The bar was missed a bit this experience however, again, this is the 1st time anything like this has happened. We are pleased with the products and services!

  I am really sorry that we were not available when you called in. When reviewing the date of your order, this looks to be the time we were forced to close down for the entire week due to ice. Then unfortunately when we were able to get back into the office it did take us a few days to sort through all the voicemails. Again, I am really sorry for the delay in a salesperson getting back to you. Fingers crossed we don't have to go through that again anytime soon!   Why would you sell a package of forms that your own software does not use this year? Also, NONE of the proper information shows through the window envelopes you sent. What a rip off! $160.00 into the garbage.

  I am sorry that the wrong forms were ordered. We do our best at looking over every order that is placed to make sure that the correct items are ordered. You need to have the 4-up blank style forms from your software. If the forms are correct, they should align with the envelopes. I have emailed you directly. Thank you.

  I always use Sage forms to have the highest quality forms available for my Sage 100 accounting software. I was very disappointed that I was sold red 1099/1096 forms despite, as a program developer, they knew that these forms are no longer accepted by the IRS for the information return filing. I would have expected a better customer service experience from a reputable company!!

  The window envelopes ordered were exactly what we requested. The mailing cost was more than the cost of the envelopes. Your over $120.00 mailing cost could have been sent in a Large USPS Flatrate Priority Box for $27.80, making the purchase much more affordable for Hawaii residence customers. Similar charges have been charged on previous purchases from your company.   Sage Construction and Real Estate Forms are the only forms we purchase for our year end reporting requirements. We trust Sage's consistency, accuracy, and quick response when we have questions. I would definitely recommend these forms.

  In an URGENT situation, it was extremely pleasant working with Sage CRE Forms for our request for 3 completely new sets of checks. They are very professional and easy to work with.   The customer service and delivery were good but the price is expensive for what you actually receive which is perforated paper, envelopes and copies of the forms that are sent to the IRS.
