Verified reviewSharice is fabulous! Very communicative, clear and trustworthy. Desmond was also great though I only spent a few minutes with him. I think the last part with Sally needs some work. I understand it's not her fault. She is asked to read a document for 20 minutes to me. She was perfectly nice. I just think it's unnecessary for her to read an entire document to me and I couldn't understand her very well either. I have already spent well over an hour that day in securing the agreement and providing docs etc. To have to sit on the phone for another 20 minutes with this was counter-productive, useless and a bit aggravating to be honest.
