Not only does this company respond quickly, but the representative was able to explain the process in easier terms, that way, when I officially signed up for the program I could follow along and understand the terms and conditions being read to me. It made it easier to follow along with the paperwork. Even after all of that I received another follow up Welcome call to reiterate what was went over to ensure I was on the same page and understood everything. There was no judgment, and the team was very thorough and efficient when setting me up. I appreciate their care and swift attention to my needs.
