There are notifications whenever there is a message or communication on the portal and they do a really good job at giving me plenty of reminders for upcoming meetings, which I really appreciate as I can be very easily ddistracted and forget. My provider has also been great! He is always very mindful and informative about what’s to be eclectic, or how to go about fixing issues I may have. Always very professional and a great resource for me to have.
