Review collected by a third partyWhen I first signed up with Klarity my life was a mess. I didn’t feel like I was living the right way, only just trying to pass the day. When I first met Joana she was very kind to assess everything I had conveyed to her about my life. In the 30 min visit everything is productive, she thoughtfully considered my history and diagnosed me with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I can't imagine I had lived my whole life not knowing what was wrong with me mentally and emotionally. She prescribed meds for all of my mental health issues, after about 2 weeks, I can clearly feel and have conversations with people. She is very responsive and responsible and anytime I need her she always replies back to me on time and schedules online visit for me as long as I tell her I need it. When I used to try and make an appointment with my primary care doctor it would take months just to get in and copay is even higher than what I pay for Klarity. It would have been too late for me if I still stay with that system. I compared it with all the online solutions and Klarity is the cheapest one, and I have recommended it to my ADHD support group but it seems that they have very limited spots in certain states. All I can say is if you can get a spot just book, it's worth your money.

Review collected by a third partyI had my appointment with Amethyst Mexy on 7/28 and VERY much enjoyed my appointment with her and wanted to give her a shout out. Originally our appointment was scheduled for 7/29 and on short notice on my part I asked if she could do it earlier in the day on 7/28. She replied back and found time for me which saved me so much hassle with my work schedule and wowed me. We met, she listened to me, was pleasant to be in her company and guidance. I appreciated her saying she's highly available (I identify with that as I'm like that to my employees) and seems to care about my treatment and gave me options to meet from 2-4 weeks. Overall she was fantastic and truly redefines the provider & patient experience that I don't believe exists anywhere else.

Review collected by a third party-Prior to initial meeting: Filled out the 2min assessment on the website which then said I prob have adhd and could benefit from treatment and showed me one providers availability. Filled out an intake form (medical history, listing and checking off symptoms) took me roughly 3 hours to finish (including time spent getting sidetracked), it would prob just take 20mins of focused time lol. -Initial meeting: Provider seemed very knowledgeable. Emphasized not tying adhd to academic performance. Emphasized being able to describe early childhood experiences with adhd symptoms. I was more prepared to talk about the past few years and my current situation being increasingly terrible so I was a bit worried I wouldn’t be able to recall appropriate memories quickly enough. Provider had a tendency to cut me off while I was speaking (I can tell stories in a sort of convoluted, long winded way as I’m trying to organize my thoughts) to ask clarifying or follow up questions. I guess because the evaluation is 30 min he was trying to speed it up and get to the point (could be seen as a pro or con depending on who you are). I was in a ok mood so not a big deal but maybe would’ve been more frustrating if I had been in one of my irritable or frantic moods. After about 20mins the provider told me I’m confident you have adhd without much of the hyperactive symptoms based on what you’ve told me and then we spent the remaining 10mins walking me through what medication I’d be prescribed and why and when to take it, etc and recommended supplementing with therapy. -After initial meeting: Provider sent me document with the notes he took, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Scheduled a follow up appointment for next month but I’m free to message anytime with questions or concerns. Called my pharmacy before I went to pick up prescription to make sure it was there. The past few weeks have been quite an emotional journey so happy to answer questions I didn’t cover to hopefully save you some grief or anxiety!

Review collected by a third partyI'm so lucky to meet Dr Patrilia .. After struggling for a very long time with my ADHD symptoms I decided to take action to take me from the long-term anxiety. I found Klarity's website online and took about 3 days to read their guidelines and the potential solutions to myself. Their customer support is very productive and they helped me get a spot 1 day later. The visit with Patrilia went well, she's very connected with me and listened to my needs. We went through my background, medical history and life experiences, including my coexisting symptoms with Anxiety. I was prescribed stimulants and at first, I was worried if the side effects will be too strong. I'm so grateful Patrilia answered my questions always on time and helped me adjust my dosage from the 2nd month. My life has changed. My concentration and attention to detail have taken a huge surge forward. I have become more productive at work, less distracted overall. I only wish I had found Klarity sooner, years sooner.
