Telehealth is really a game changer for me and makes receiving help so much simpler. I like that there is also an online messaging system so I can always get in touch with my provider with any concerns, without having to wait for my next appointment.

Review collected by a third partyI previously used DoneADHD and they were garbage in every aspect- nonresponsive providers, overly simplistic website that was not comprehensive and not easily navigated, and 2x as much money, so that was dumb especially with all the advertisement they do. Que me finding Klarity, everything is the exact opposite. I really appreciate the smoothness of the entire experience from the first time I entered the website and used the chat. The portal is easy to use and I appreciate that you don't always have to log in you can just enter the code from the email to fill out whatever form. The quality of care is great, and my provider is nice, understanding, timely, and responsive.

All I need to do is to have an online video call with my provider, and I can get my prescription. Now my life is so much better. I can get my work done productively.

The initial intake form was long and detailed but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of his intent as it let us make better use of our time. I actually joined Klarity as a result of a bad experience with another online ADHD program, where my provider was difficult to access with very slow response times (if at all) and customer service was limited. So thanks for all your help. I appreciate your service.

Prior to receiving compassionate and straightforward care from my provider, coupled with the added layer of responsive support from my care manager, my disorder was an unmanageable and shameful burden. It’s not just symptoms that are now being properly treated with the right medication—it’s far more than that. Klarity provides for an all-encompassing sense of being seen, heard, and cared for that has allowed me a quality of life I never believed possible for myself.

She listened to my symptoms, and recognized my inattentiveness. I'm about to start my first month of meds on Strattera and I'm looking forward to finally getting treatment.

My initial meeting was extremely insightful and helpful in allowing me to understand ADHD. My original prescription worked perfectly, so it’s very easy for me to ask for a refill without having to go through a long tedious process of going to the doctor's office and all of that. What I like about Klarity is that you can actually pick the provider you meet, which makes me less nervous attending the online visit.

Review collected by a third partyAs a busy person and mom navigating the pandemic and my kids' virtual school - it was so difficult for me to schedule in-person appts, let alone drive around to multiple pharmacies before finding one that had my medication in stock. I have been treated for ADHD for several years, switching to Klarity is the best decision I have ever made. Everything is so straightforward - sat at home, connect to my doctor and made one trip to the pharmacy when my script was filled. Providers were prompt, attentive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I already received my first refill, only took one-click and one trip to the pharmacy!

Every month I will either meet my doc or submit my refill request, no issue with picking up my med on the same day. $25 monthly service fee is an amazing price.

I skipped several months and when I came back I was prepared to pay $149 but they only charged me $59 for a doctor visit. Always prompt reply from their staff, highly recommend!

Review collected by a third partyHonest people, great service. I wrote this review because I didn't find any online before. I have suggested the company build a review page so the clients like me can help spread the name. Glad they did it. I have been so tired to be tricked by other ADHD company's subscription game. I truly appreciate Klarity's pricing model, which can save me for the month I don't need a doctor visit. Doctor is knowledgeable and cares for what I've been through, always guides me besides just writing the prescription.
