    I’m so thankful I found Michelle! She helped me lose 4% body fat, almost 20 pounds and most importantly, helped me make better lifestyle choices that will continue long term.     "I would rate my experience with Top at 5 stars. I am a 72 year old man weighing in at 178 for a 5'6'' frame. I was highly motivated to change my diet of Frosted Flakes and Tastycakes to a healthier menu. My coach set up a plan and worked with me to achieve my goals. In my first month I lost over 10 pounds and totally quit sugar. This has been a great experience for me and I'm looking forward to a healthier lifestyle. Thanks."

    They were great at helping address my needs. I have hypoglycemia and my coach even helped me with managing my sugar! Kayla got back to me quickly with any questions I had and was willing to reschedule appointments with me when I needed it. She was very understanding of me and the best part, non-judgmental. It can be scary going to a health coach, but they do things right here! Would recommend to friends and family!

    "I give 5 stars to my coach Lori. She was helpful in giving me suggestions for different foods to try. She also encouraged me to exercise and pointed out how eating slowly and “grazing” rather than eating 3 meals a day would help me digest food better. Unfortunately my weight has not increased and I have decided not to continue my coaching sessions but rather seek medical advice from my gastroenterologist."

    "I sarted working with the nutritionist because I wanted to built better habits. I can confidently say that my eating habits are so much better! Everyone is always talking about eating healthier or doing this or that diet and whatnot, but is so hard to do it when you don’t know what “healthier” means. I can say thanks to my nutritionist, I now look at food differently, in a way that works for me. And I am so grateful. "

    I would gladly give 5 out of 5 stars to Top Nutrition Coaching. From my first interaction of submitting a request form to the conclusion of my program, I have been very happy with the support I received. It took me 14 months to reach my goal and I had the outstanding support of my counselor, Kim, throughout the entire journey. Kim is fantastic - knowledgeable, empathetic, easy to talk to you and it's clear that her goal is to help members reach their goals. She provided expertise, advice and suggestions of how to stay on track especially the stalls in weight loss and with her encouragement I finally made it. I highly recommend Top Nutrition.

    Michelle Rodgers is full of great information and provided needed support and encouragement. The tools she has provided me have allowed me to make changes to my daily routine and eating habits which are now the new 'norm'. I feel so much better physically with no more inflammation, no more indigestion, no more heartburn medication and I have increased mobility and general overall happiness. Jessie Anderson is a very skilled and knowledgeable dietician and I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with her. I learned a lot about myself, my habits, foods that might be trigger points for me and foods that help my stomach so I can minimize my anxiety levels.     4, I would gladly give Top Nutrition 4 stars. I think that the app is tricky to work with and limiting in the schedule I could set for my reminders. For example, I wanted to exercise 2 days a week but I was only able to set a weekly or daily reminder. I also frequently missed messages from my coach because the app didn't make it obvious what was a reminder and what was a message. Furthermore, my session reminders happened an entire day ahead of time when I needed them about 15 minutes before a session. This meant that, with my very hectic schedule, I wouldn't slow down and actively check the app until 2 hours after my appointment time. Thank goodness my coach was so patient and flexible. The app also frequently froze when I was messaging my coach making me paranoid about loosing messages. I also wouldn't be able to see new ones until I clicked out of the page and reopened it. Estelle was amazing and extremely sweet. She didn't push me a whole lot, but I don't entirely know if I would have liked that as I had a lot of drama in my life at the moment. I would give her 5 stars easily, she had a lot of ideas and was willing to flex in any direction I wanted to try, she was also extremely knowledgeable and prompt to answer any questions I had.

I had been chasing how to lose the extra weight my body was holding to for about 20 years, trying everything that had worked for me before and every new idea I came across.     I had a great experience with Top Nutrition working with Mariam. From our first conversation she made me feel comfortable. I learned to navigate better ways with my nutrition and exercise but also she helped me with the physiological part of eating which was my biggest problem. Mariam has a very warm, positive, and welcoming personality and it feels like you are talking to a trusted friend when meeting with her. I can’t express enough how happy and grateful I am for having working with her.     5/5 stars I chose top nutrition coaching because I was two months away from my wedding and was panicking about not losing any weight and needed to outsource the help. I was matched with Andrea, which was a match made in heaven because she was like an angel to me. She reassured me that I was doing all the things I needed to be doing and that I had a lot of knowledge already and that I just needed to apply it and tweak it. Right off the bat, she gave me so many resources and challenged me to set goals for myself. She helped me have a positive body image which is something that I’ve never had before her. I cried to her on my lowest days. She was a friend and a confidant and a huge supporter. These are all things I didn’t imagine I’d get out of this experience. I highly recommend Top Nutrition Coaching. I hope others are open to the experience and honest about their goals. If you’re patient with your self and really want to change your fundamental relationship with food, it’s worth every penny.

    My experience with my nutritionist, Mikelanne was over the top!!! She was extremely supportive, understanding and is passionate about helping people. Mikelanne really cares about her clients! She went above and beyond to ensure we meet especially because I live a tight work schedule. She shared many nutrition topics, recipes and provided the education I needed to make this change, always encouraging!!! I’ve learned a great deal about healthy nutritional food choices.     I had gained weight in the last few years during a stressful time. Melissa was exactly the right person to help me. She was very knowledgable, and respected my food (and exercise) preferences. She helped me understand my eating patterns and choices, and most importantly she helped me gain perspective and confidence about my long term habits for health and ideal weight for the rest of my life. The weight is consistently coming off, and I am gaining my energy and health back. I'm doing this without a "dieting" perspective; instead, I feel like I am intentionally making choices that are good ones I will keep. I also like the Healthie app because it's easy to log goals, meals and metrics. It was very easy to communicate through the platform also, and video chats were convenient to hop on. What I really appreciate is that while I initially joined because I thought I needed someone to tell me what to do, instead I was helped to make the changes myself. This is life changing, and I am very grateful to Melissa and to this program.

    I found Top Nutrition Coaching on a lark (okay, an internet search!). The process was very easy, and everyone with whom I've had contact has been so welcoming and kind. At first, I really didn't know WHAT I needed from a nutritionist, but I knew that I needed some guidance. A screener set up an appointment with me to determine what kind of coaching I might need. The video call was awesome as it allowed me to feel more welcomed into the fold. It was suggested that I meet with Mariam. How fortunate I was! Mariam is as knowledgeable as she is lovely. Over the many sessions that we had, I always felt like I was talking to an old friend, but one who was able to guide me on a nutrition journey. I learned a lot in the sessions and now feel empowered to go forth and do well for my body and my mind.

    I give your service 5 stars - and it would be more if your scale went higher!!! There are no nutritionalists in our area (in fact my GI doctor asked for your contact information for other patients). I found you through an out of town friend. My first accolade goes to how well your staff paired me up with my counselor. The second goes to my counselor, Lena. She was perfect. We got along wonderfully and she never got annoyed by all my questions. She really knows her stuff. If she had doubts, she researched it. We met 2 of my 3 goals during my 3 months of counseling - AND she fixed a life long problem that I have gone to - no less than - 3 GI doctors for, to no avail. That alone made the journey worth every penney. I thank you all for the experience and the help. I will most definitely recommend you to friends and I myself will see you again if the need arises.

    Estelle has been incredible for me. Admittedly I was a little concerned and hesitant about working with a dietician but she has been awesome! She pushes me but also is incredibly realistic with things. This has been one of the top things I could have done for my health and Estelle is the reason why. She is always joyful and a pleasure to work with. She has helped me with necessary adjustments and with continuing to stay on top of it each day and week. I am more knowledgeable and in much better shape because of her!

    I worked with Annette after I was not able to recover from food poisoning. Annette was a tremendous wealth of invaluable knowledge and she helped me understand what foods would trigger stomach issues. She was also able to advise me on how best to actually heal. Before I met Annette, I was quite sick, having lost 40 lbs in about 3 months after getting food poisoning and i was left unable to eat most foods. While doctors prescribed medication, they did not have the capability to advise on nutrition like Annette did. I started seeing improvement with Annette In about 2 weeks after enduring months of agony, tests and different doctors. Annette really knows what she is talking about and I reccomend her wholeheartedly.

    Kelli was wonderful and very helpful on my journey to a healthier better me. She helped with recommending the right foods to eat to help lower my cholesterol and just make healthier food choices in general. I was also struggling with high blood pressure but she made transitioning to a no salt diet a breeze by recommending alternative's that helped me get flavor in my food else where with natural seasonings like herbs and gave me encouragement for wanting to meet my step goal.     Rose is super friendly and fun to work with and she doesn't put pressure on you at all. She's very understanding how challenging trying to feed a little child is and helps you find ways to improve your child's eating habits on your own terms. We still have to implement a lot of her tips and ideas, cause with 2 children everything is more difficult, but her simple tips of just talking more about food and including it more obviously into the daily routine already made a visible impact.     Working with Melissa tremendously changed my relationship with food and the way I perceive my body. Before Top Nutrition Coaching, I used numbers as the sole measure of my success—whether it was losing 5 more pounds, burning an extra 500 calories per day, or restricting daily consumption to under 1400 Kcal. I believed that by achieving these goals, I could attain my ideal body image and live happily ever after. I did reach these goals several times using various approaches (ex. Keto, intermittent fasting, huge calories deficit...etc.) in the past. However, there's no finish line in my diet journey, and since those approaches were not sustainable, the numbers rebounded. This led to increased anxiety around food and life in general. During my collaboration with Melissa, I learned to slow down, gradually debunk and let go of the diet myths I had carried for so long. I started to cease weighing and calculating everything I ate, instead learning to tune into my body's cues. Melissa shared abundant information regarding recipes and tips, from ordering in restaurants to holiday gatherings. I learned to make better choices while dining out and felt more comfortable celebrating special occasions with friends. I discovered that life can be joyful when balanced. With all the improvements I've made in my diet, I am finally seeing muscle gain with my training, and I feel more confident in my own skin.

    Mariam is awesome! I was struggling with symptoms of GERD and bloating on a daily basis. I workout multiple days a week and considered my diet pretty healthy, so I didn't understanding why I wasn't feeling my best or gaining the physique I was hoping to achieve.     I was quite skeptical. What could a 63 year old retired professor learn about herself that she didn’t already know? Turns out, a hell of a lot. I went into my weekly chats with Taylor assuming we’d be talking about food and weight and exercise, etc. Instead, I have experienced mindfulness, wellness, patience, and positive body (as-a-whole) image. Without sounding patronizing, Taylor is extremely wise beyond her years. Not only is she a brilliant coach, she is a phenomenal listener. She comforts and accepts, while teaching and challenging. For example, whereas I used to berate and scold myself for sitting inside and not doing much on a day, she taught me to listen to my body. Maybe it needs a rest day. Taylor actually taught me that rest is an important part of mindfulness and body positivity. Now, instead of the self-hate dialogue going on in my head, I relax into those days, or times, I simply feel like not doing anything. Because of her, I look at drawing, reading, writing and “staring of into space” differently. For me, that has been transformative. She has shown me how to approach my body with care. To think about how I talk to myself. When I talk about myself, typically what comes out of my mouth is, “I am so fat and ugly.” Taylor said, “Would you say that to one of your friends or students?” I was horrified by that thought! I have learned to be much gentler with my words about myself. For someone who has despised her body for as long as she can remember, it has been a profound change. What I admire and appreciate so much about these last months with Taylor, is that my experience isn’t about shedding pounds and counting calories. I have made significant life-long changes to how I approach wellness. This change is absolutely due to Taylor and I am eternally grateful for her wisdom, knowledge, and incredibly thoughtful care

    Since working with Rosa, I have learned a tremendous amount about nutrition and the way that the body processes food.     I started working with Erica because I wanted to lose weight, feel better, but continue lifting and gaining strength.     Laurie listened diligently as I explained my struggles in the beginning. Each time we met, we tried something new and she offered such good advice not only for physical health, but mental health as well. We collaborated on my menopause and osteopenia in addition to my desire for losing weight.     I cannot even accurately put into words how helpful Libbi has been on my journey to better health and eating. I began working with her in February 2023 and the experience has been wonderful. I have lost 20lbs - gradually and intentionally - but even more important than that Libbi has worked with me to get out of my lifelong cycle of disordered eating - excess and deprivation, yo-yo dieting etc. I am so grateful.

    Mariam has been wonderful the entire time I've worked with her. Her guidance and tools and tips have helped me to reshape my nutrition and feel better about myself overall. I feel good about the food choices I make and I'm more confident. I highly recommend working with Mariam!

    Eleni is such a joy to work with! She is always so encouraging and kind! I started nutrition coaching to manage my PCOS, and I’ve already experienced a reduction in symptoms.     I can’t say enough about how great it was working with Manju. Aside from being incredibly caring and personable she is so smart and has an enormous breadth of knowledge about foods, supplements, illnesses, and even medications. I had a series of digestive problems and she was able to guide me with regard to what foods and supplements were good or bad for me. My diet was limited for awhile but Manju was able to come up with tasty recipes which made it so much easier to not feel deprived. She is very patient, never made me feel rushed and was able to help me will all of the issues I presented to her. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone needing nutritional guidance.

    I never thought these things are that good. My entire opinion about Nutritionist has changed. I don't think it's good I think it is important. One's eating habits and what to eat , what not to eat is so important. I won't hide in fact want to share that when I was introduced to Kim Trudel I was going through a bad phase like I was suffering from a continuous constipation. It used to be so painful and I used to literally cry. But in my first introductory session Ms Kim told me few things and within 2 days, yes 2 days, It was gone. I mean as if she did some magic. I never thought that your diet can actually work wonders. Everyone should have a Nutritionist/ Dietician. They know what they are doing. Now, I feel I eat so less but am more energetic and active. Yes, it's like a blessing to me.

    At 76 I am obese with a large girth. Over the years I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on weight loss books and programs, and online plans. I have lost and found probably 100 pounds. A life event made me realize that if I didn’t do something now my health was going to deteriorate. I was really depressed and felt helpless but my family encouraged me to continue to research the best fit for me. I was blessed to be referred to Rosa and she has helped me take simple steps to change my mindset. I am no longer addicted to sugar, I have broken several bad habits related to eating, I know how to shop for healthier foods . I feel Rosa has given me tools I can carry forward for the rest of my life. I wanted someone with a background in functional medicine and Rosa has been a perfect fit. Most of all she has been an encourager-helping me with my perfectionism as it relates to food. I don’t feel deprived or stressed with rules. Just as an aside I have gradually been losing weight and inches. I am so glad I was referred to Rosa.

    The review of a balanced diet with a weekly check in on my diet changes and challenges helped most. I needed Manju to check my progress and clarify my misconceptions. Recommendations to my supplement regiment was invaluable. Manju is amazing I continue to make progress with her guidance.
