  I had exchanged some socks and it went smoothly. I needed to exchange them because my new ones were different than the ones I have been using for 12 years. I guess the manufacturer changed the materials and design so they fit different. Well I received my replacement and they were the same. I am ot thrilled with it, but the exchange went flawless.

  Absolutely love the wide leg (plus size) compression socks. Easy to put on. Comfy to wear. No binding. Legs felt less tired. Big difference in swelling. Highly recommend. I wear size 8-8.5 shoe with wide calf. Ordered XL and they are perfect.

  These stockings do NOT roll down…so happy! The first pair of them I purchased are still holding up well. No runs or holes! I wet them down and put them in the freezer one time only to make the fabric stronger-a trick that really extends the life of the stockings. I love the open toe feature as well. I add non-skid toe-toppers to wear with my shoes. The combination is very comfortable.

  I don't know if there are any stockings that are better. My doctor insists that I wear a prescription compression stocking. This is the only one that I have tried. I do not like wearing them. I would rather not have them on, but if you insist on a review, this is all I can say.

  These stockings have saved my legs. I am 82 years old and because of these stockings I have been able to keep the blood flowing at a good pace through my legs and back to my heart.. I have no big red blotches on my legs nor large veins bulging out. They look nice compared to other compression stockings. I get the sheer and soft.

  I have been using the Compression Store for over a couple of years now. I have received great service and products. When I have a question their customer service is always team is well informed with their products and helpful with sizing questions. Normally my shipment has arrived in a cardboard box and the contents are in great shape. My last order arrived in an unpadded sack and the individual stocking boxes were beat up badly in shipping, The individual items were intact, but the packaging looked like used stock (which I doughty) or damaged in shipping due to the lack of protection. I would prefer that my expensive shipments would arrive in good shape and would prefer to spend more on shipping that having items appear that they had been stomped on.

  Until I was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and had all lymph nodes removed I’d never heard of compression stockings or what they did. Through dealing with lymphodema I learned of this sore.   The donning aids I received are excellent. The issue I have is the fact that my items were not in stock at the time I placed my order, which was not disclosed on the product listings. If I had known I would have to wait an extended time for the items to ship, I would have purchased somewhere else. As a result, I had to pay extra for express shipping so that I would have the items in time for my surgery.   The items they sent were way too small. Supposed to be XL-XXL, even had a "13" stitched into the foot, but the heel of the sock barely came to my arch. No way they were size 13. Then when I went to return them, they charged me $7 to ship them back... Never doing business with them, again.

  Platitudes aside, it is clear that people should only do business with companies that stand by their product and respect their customers time and money. Charging to return items that were at best mislabled or at worst misrepresented is bad customer service. It is much better to do business with a company that lowers hassles for the customer like Amazon.
