  The stockings I ordered were delivered quickly, the right color and the strength that my doctor ordered. I'm not used to having new stockings - they are very tight, as they should be - so I'm having a hard time getting them on! Really, they were sent to me very quickly, so I was happy.

  The items they sent were way too small. Supposed to be XL-XXL, even had a "13" stitched into the foot, but the heel of the sock barely came to my arch. No way they were size 13. Then when I went to return them, they charged me $7 to ship them back... Never doing business with them, again.

  I'm a ten-year + repeat customer. Follow the size chart and pay attention to which level of compression you want 20/30 30/40. Be sure our order includes the color size and compression you desire. Always check for your preferences in the Sale section. I shop not by brand but by Sale, size, compression and color. This has saved me money and allowed me to meet my medical needs.   The socks I ordered and paid for - I never received them. After ordering and paying via PayPal, I received a confirmation from the seller that the order was received. 7 days later, the seller demanded that I provide him with a credit card number and a secret CVV code! I refused because I already paid via PayPal and my bank account was debited. Previously, PayPal verified my identity with a one-time password delivered to my mobile phone. Instead of receiving the socks I ordered and paid for, the seller canceled the order. I suspect this is an attempt to steal personal information and misuse my credit card. I will never buy from this seller again; everything looks like a fraud to me.

  I've ordered twice from this website. Both times the item was in stock when I ordered. Both times I got an email a week or so later saying the item was out of stock and would be shipped as soon as it was back in stock. Both times it took over a month to get what I ordered. They need a lot of improvement on their inventory system's communication with their website. I doubt I will order from them again.

  The compression socks were excellent. Customer service was also excellent as the socks were immediately exchanged when a hole developed after the 2nd time they were worn. The only negative is that the delivery took several days longer than originally promised, and I could not find out when the socks would arrive after the original delivery date had past.

  I have been to the store twice now in the last six months. The first time the woman I saw was very careful and took a long time with me to get things right. The hose i got were OK except that my feet are sort of large and the open toed hose kept creeping back up my feetwhen I wore them. WhenI returned, I decided I wouldget the stockings with the closed toes. The fitter I saw the second time was a man and he did not seem to be as careful and he got me in and out very quickly. The woman I would give a five star. The second one may be a 3 1/2. Also, I am a woman and, although the male fitter was completely appropriate in his behaviors, I felt a little uncomfortable, having a man measuring my bare legs.

  Placed an order ($167) on Dec 11th for capris to use for holiday travel. When I ordered, the website showed them in stock. A week later, I'm notified they are on backorder and now expected to arrive Jan 3rd. Too late to order something else. Jan 3rd, got another notification that they won't arrive until Jan 24th. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with getting stuff from this store. I will never order again. It's such a hassle and unreliable.

  I have tried these on and the size (L) fits well. I had to try them on my L leg as I am 4 weeks post op from a R total knee replacement which is still swollen. I will start actually wearing them when most swelling is tesolved and the incision is totally healed.

  Excellent site with easy navigation. I cannot wear these yet as I just had a total joint replacement in my right knee but tried them on my left leg and fit was fine. Hopefully they will stay up and not creep down but the Silicone beads at the tops look like a good fix for this.

  I've been having a hard time finding compression stocking with the elastic at the top to hold the stocking in place. Many places sell the stocking with a nylon type material at the top which does not hold the stocking up!! Compression store is the only place that actually sells compression stocking that work!! I give them a 5-star review!!
