  I need a petite length and a size XL. The only company that offered that particular size was Jobst. I was really hoping to find full length with a closed toe. The only stockings available were thigh high. It would have been nice to have a better color selection. Given the fact that there are so many more overweight people these days who have circulation problems and need to wear these stockings every day, I feel like a better selection of both colors, sizes and lengths would be available, especially since these stockings are so expensive.

  When I received my order, 3 pairs of stockings were missing. It looked like the package had been opened and then resealed. I emailed regarding the missing socks and customer service was very helpful. I was able to fill out the necessary form and my replacement socks have already been received. Whenever I called or emailed with questions, my questions were always answered promptly. I appreciated the prompt and courteous responses.

  I have been wearing Jobst for 20 plus years now. Some, no most, are part of my original purchase. They are comfortable and effective. My original purchase were from the For Men collection. My second was the Relief. I didn't understand the difference. I prefer the For Men but didn't know that they were from different collections. A Jobst agent helped me understand the difference. The Relief are a thinner material. For me, they slide down and bunch above the ankle. The For Men are the same compression but thicker. As a result, for me stay up better. Definitely worth the price.

  The stretch comfortably to reach the top and they last a long time. These stockings are comfortable and achieve the desired effect. My only complaint would be that they only come in 2 colors. A Lighter shade of the cream color would be very nice.

  I have ordered Jobst compression stockings and Activa knee-high compression socks for several years and been impressed with the quality. It appears there has been a change to sizing. I recently received two thigh high stockings size petite that are several inches longer than previous pairs. They are just barely wearable due to the excessive length.

  When it was suggested that I use compression thigh highs vs knee highs, I first purchased my Jobst stockings via a large online retailer; unfortunately, quality was always an issue. By the time I started purchasing directly from Jobst, I had already found out about petites and was happily using the Large Petite size of thigh highs. After I was able to shed a lot of my water weight (I have MCD), I decided to try the medium thigh highs. Ouch! The medium petites were SO short. I finally just ordered the regular mediums, and they are nearly as long as the regular larges. It's so disappointing, because I hate having these up in my crotch. So - I love the stockings, but dislike the sizing.

  Jobst customer service was very helpful in making my exchange! I had ordered thigh high stockings for wearing after my knee replacement. I wore them once, and didn't like the way they slipped down. Jobst happily helped me with my return, and exchange for "waist high" replacement which hasn't arrived here yet. I was thrilled that they were able to exchange my original order as it had been several months. So, super helpful at Jobst, excited to try my new compression stockings when they arrive.

  Having experienced bilateral leg edema following femoral endarterectomies, I purchased thigh high Medi stockings from my surgeon. I've prescribed and worn Jobst stockings in my nearly 30 years of surgical practice and know that they are tops in the compression field. After 5 months of daily wear, I was in need of a replacement pair and talked to Keith, a very knowledgeable gent on your sales team who worked with me to put me in the model and compressiong I need. Can tell immediately that they are a better stocking...material, contruction, strength of compression. Wish I had purchased Jobst in the first place. Also found a unique 'donning' frame that makes putting them on much easier.

  Jobst stockings are the best company that I have ever dealt with. I had an incorrect size sent to me. I did not realize this for many months. I wrote a review that happened to include this mistake. They read the review and went out of their way to make it right. They sent me a return label but since I was out of the country for a few months I was unable to return the incorrect pair. Once I returned, I sent them back. The return label had expired so the customer service representative that was handling my order had to manually track my return. The customer service was absolutely incredible. I honestly, had written off the stockings. The effort on their part definitely outweighed mine. I cannot say enough praises about the customer support of this company. The products themselves are worth the money but the company and their staff are priceless. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

  The support is very comfortable. I can wear the socks all day. I love them with boots or tennis shoes. My only complaint is that it takes them forever to dry after washing - I placed them in a towel and really squeezed as much water out as possible, and then hung them over the heater vent. They still required being turned inside-out and put in the dryer for 20 minutes or so.

  One set of Harrow Velcro came with one non-compressive skin colored stocking to the knee. A second packet for my other leg contained a compressive taupe stocking which if donned became painful and abrades my ankle. I finally ordered an additional pair of slip-on non- compressive ones from your website buf still am one stocking short

  Their customer service fellow, Helmut, was very helpful and considerate in arranging an exchange of merchandise. Best interaction I have had in years with any customer service group. Jobst needs, however, to put a features matrix showing comparisons of all their models on their website. They have several models and determining which is best for a customer means jumping between descriptive pages and is awkward and error prone.

  Been getting stockings through my insurance but they were never the right fit for my legs. Found out that they only offer a smaller size than what I should be wearing. That's all the insurance covers. They always felt too tight and uncomfortable, so I went to the company and ordered the proper male size, XL, for my legs. They feel great, work just like they are supposed to, and now I have piece of mind knowing what size I truly need.

  Cheaper brands are not gradual compression! What a DIFFERENCE these make with my mild edema. Recommended by my vascular surgeon, I would never wear anything but JOBST again! Very comfortable too.

  It is a good sock and it is easy to get on and off, doesn’t pinch the toes or top of leg. It is too thick for a more classic tighter dress shoe but fine in a winter type boot or shoe. It came with a great brochure that listed all the socks and weights-which was better than trying to find on the web site.

  I received an email stating my order had been delivered, sadly no such delivery has taken place. I have notified the shipper that the order was not delivered and requested replacement. The units are all clearly marked with numbers and proper delivery should not pose any issue. It is less the money and more the principle involved.

  While my dissatisfaction is not with the company, but mainly with the manufacturer of the stockings. Of the four (4) I recently bought, one box was opened and I found that the tightness of the set of stockings wasn't as tight as the new stockings I have purchased previously. Generally, when I first put on a new pair, they are very tight which is what I expect. But not the one box I opened and put on. They feel as though someone put the wrong set of stockings in the incorrect box. I will have to wait and see how the other boxes compare.

  One pair of compression hose ( activa sheer) arrived with a run in them so I've never worn them to review them. The other pair I purchased (Ultra sheer) I've worn daily since I received them. Even though I have a small waist I find the waistband extremely tight making them uncomfortable. I would also like to see them offered in different lengths. My legs are a bit shorter than average so there is more length to them than I need. I find the excess fabric bunches making them uncomfortable and too tight. They either bunch at my ankles, behind my knees (making it uncomfortable to sit for long) or if I pull the excess all the way up it bunches at the top of my thighs. The excess has to go somewhere and it starts to cut off my circulation where it bunches. There is no place the excess is comfortable for very long.

  The only reason I rate my order as 3-stars is the fact that I was not kept abreast of the status of my order by email as essentially all web vendors do for orders placed online. Part of the order was on backorder, which is fine, but I was not informed of the backorder status when I placed the order or subsequently. I had to phone Jobst customer service a week later to find out. The order did arrive promptly with no complications once the socks were received for shipping. GAJ, 2/24/2025.

  Your socks wear out very quickly in the toe and heel areas. I am rather active and would like this addressed. These socks are not cheap. Some of the older models seem to be better constructed than the newer ones.
