  I have tried several brands of compression socks for mild edema but my doctor recommended Jobst. Every time I try another brand that's less expensive I end up tossing them in the trash and going back to yours. They work, they're comfortable, and I can get a size that fits me well,

  I still haven’t received them from their lousy delivery service. They were back ordered and they never told me when ordered but gave me an expected date of delivery that came and went. I contacted them and then found out. Still I have not received them. I ordered Jobst in my medical practice for over thirty years and never received this kind of service.

  High quality, but strength of compression seems to vary with the style/weight of stockings. Some I can barely pull on, and others are much easier. (All rated the same compression by Jobst.) I would like to see them make a true sheer stocking so it wouldn't look so much like an old person compression stocking. I like the open toe style. The closed toe style feels like it's smashing my toes.

  I’ve used Jobst relief socks for years, never a problem. I purchased two pairs of Travel socks, the chart indicated which size to order, they couldn’t have been more wrong. The sizes listed are very small and tight fitting, I couldn’t get them past my ankle. Lesson learned I guess

  I’ve been ordering Jobst hose for many years and have never had any trouble at all. They are easy to return if you ordered the wrong item. I use the super dipper 30/40 mm hb and they keep my feet from swelling even though my circulation is terrible due to a spinal cord injury. I highly recommend Jobst!

  I have purchased many different types of diabetic socks. The Jobst stockings were better made and much better padded than most and made a real difference in comfort when walking. However, I found that the material, rather than wicking away sweat, made my feet sweat more. Also, I found the socks ran slightly small (so if you are between sizes, I would suggest order up a size). Also, I found the mild compression to be a negative, rather than a positive.

  Disappointed at the quality of these stockings. They were very expensive but they don’t stay up as well as other less expensive compression stockings that I have. They are knee highs but don’t reach up as high as other knee high stockings. Compression in the toe of the stockings is better than others however.

  I got part of my order quickly, however, there is a backorder and nothing was stated. I had to call to find out about my other item. There should have been an email or on the packing slip to mention it in case that I wanted to cancel. Or maybe a delivery date of the missing item.

  I always trusted Jobst stockings. I am a Nurse for 40 years. I was greatly disappointed to find out, (after paying over $70.00), for a pair of waist length 20-30 compression pantyhose that they did not fit correctly. Yes, I know my correct size XL and yes, I know how to put them on correctly. This is NOT the first time I purchased 20-30 compression nylons. They were too short and also way too small in the buttock, waist region, they kept sliding down on me. It was extremely embarrassing for me as I had to visit the 'lavatory' frequently to pull them up as they kept riding down on me almost to my knees ! I feel either they were made wrong or someone put the wrong tag on them and they were not XL as the tag stated. They were more like a medium. Certainly not XL. I am not a heavy woman by any means, I am about 5 ft 3 in tall and weigh about 155. My biggest issue is in the abdominal area but an XL would have been just fine as the rest of me is not large at all. I really think I should be reimbursed for them, or at least get credit for half of what I paid. As it stands I will never buy Jobst products again. Thank you . Donna P Littleton,CO

  The stockings work well for compression but I got really bad hives at the top Where the silicone is to hold them up. I don’t have sensitive skin at all so this was very surprising. I am afraid to wear them again. If I do, I will probably roll down the top portion so i don’t get hives again ( they were large welts) . Not sure if they will stay up but I will give ot a try .

  Site easy to navigate; order received promptly. Ordered lightweight compression socks, toe-less, thigh-high. Fit was accurate as per size chart and socks are cooler and comfortable for summer months but still with good compression. Overall very good shopping experience with Jobst.

  My uncle's physical therapist took detailed measurements. Customer Service was helpful, answering questions via email. Stockings arrived, and order is accurate. However, the stockings are too tight, and after one day my uncle's nurse said he cannot wear them anymore.

  The socks themselves are great. Unfortunately, you order and then discover that certain sizes and colors are on back order and won't be delivered for a month. This is less than desirable when you need the socks for medical procedures.

  The website was not clear or helpful in choosing the correct merchandise. As a result, I have to return both pairs of support hose as I could not even get my hands in the support hose I bought. They were so tight even though they were what I thought was a low compression. I remain befuddled on sizing and compression.

  Easy ordering, arrived quickly, and I am very pleased. The warmer temperatures exacerbate the swelling and discomfort. So the stockings are even more necessary, now in the summer, than in colder weather.
