The process was smooth from start to finish, and I felt completely at ease. NP Coleman was attentive, thorough, and took the time to address all my concerns without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the treatment plan. The convenience of a virtual visit was a huge plus, saving me travel time while still receiving top-notch care. I left feeling confident about my health plan and appreciated the compassionate, professional approach. Highly recommend NP Coleman and the virtual visit experience!

Review collected by a third partyI was here for insomnia treatment. She listens well and I don’t feel rush at all. She’s kind and explains the medication principles and side effects well. She also sends the prescription to pharmacy immediately after the session and I got the med same day! Thank you Ms. Fong and Klarity Health.

This was my first time booking a telehealth service and the ease with booking on line to the provider being present attentive and asking questions made my visit a breeze. I definitely recommend NP Shatara Colman!

Review collected by a third partyThe portal didn’t work properly so we had to do a regular phone call, which was fine. I don’t have insurance and the doctor let me know that it would be $145 that I would be charged each month to talk to her about the same symptoms separate from the medication ($78). She wasn’t able to find my medication as I have to request it from the Walgreens website. I was hoping Kalrity would be more affordable than “Done”, but it’s way more expensive because of the provider I choose. If I wasn’t active they would have charged me another $145 this week to speak to her for a second time……… I asked for a refund since I was priced with zero service and they denied. This is the last time I’m doing any online health care…..
