Review collected by a third partyI was skeptical of trying this provider but I can personally vouch after 2 years of being a client that this is one of the best decisions I’ve made at getting back my overall quality of life. Dr. Zimmer is absolutely amazing and is genuinely sincere about wanting the best for her patients and is great at laying out a clear plan of action for tackling issues that arise. She remembers personal details from your visits and is straight forward and honest in your plan of action. I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to this company for being there especially when Covid limited any medical access to some. 🙏

She was thorough in her assessment and answered every one of my questions completely and extensively. She can tell when someone is hurting and will listen to the patients needs as well as provide her professional advice and additional recommendations to provide the best medical plan possible. As a veteran with only the VA as medical coverage, the VA doesn’t always provide the best solution for mental health support. Veronica has been a life saver. The VA sometimes doesn’t care about the veterans needs due to the potential for addiction for some drugs, even if nothing else works and the veteran is in severe pain. The VA would rather people who served their country suffer than get the relief they need. It’s a sad circumstance but Veronica has made life a bit better. I feel a little more hopeful in life now.

Dr. Sammy Nur made me feel comfortable during visits and in his communication, and I felt I received high quality care. His assistant, Jas, was a great communicator and always responded quickly. Scheduling and recieving prescriptions were always easy and well communicated.

She was warm, empathetic, and listened attentively -- AND she was very efficient. She quickly zeroed in on what was going on, and we got to a diagnosis and treatment plan within the 30min of the visit. I had no idea the visit could be that pleasant and productive, and I feel lucky to have found her. Thanks to Sazia and to Klarity for making a seamless mental health visit a possibility -- WOW.

I was originally skeptical to use this program, but once I was paired with nurse practitioner Shatara Coleman, I was immediately put at ease. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly. Her expertise and level of care were top notch. When I need future care, I will definitely be returning to her!
