  With much anticipation, I received my new shaving set with a fusion razor and synthetic brush with a porcelain shaving cream bowl and it has made shaving a pleasure. The brush is very soft and gets the lather going. The sandalwood scent is very pleasant. I get a real close shave without any nicks and scrapes. 😁 it’s no longer a battle. 😂

  The website is easy to navigate, has great, clear, colour images and in a number of cases, from different angles. That's appreciated!! Reviews are also important and should be encouraged—good and bad ones. Product descriptions are quite good, but could be a bit more detailed. The checkout was uneventful, as it should be. I'd order from muhleshaving.com again, but the shipping to Canada was unnecessarily onerous. It took far too long for a package from PA to Toronto, Canada to take over a week. I have a couple of reliable Canadian sources for the next time. I'm really very impressed with Mühle products.

  It is very hard to get any information at all. There is no info about the size, weigh or aggressiveness of the product models. The channel provided for contact takes days to answer. There is not information about shipment or if the purchase is national or importation. It is so bad that it does not fit a company as big as Muhle.

  Ordered from the United States 3 Muhle Traditional Open Comb R41 Razors to stock the pantry with a known winner. The website worked well; no issues. Shipping originated from the US mainland and was fast. Upon arrival all 3 were unboxed to test fit, finish and blade clamp positions. All showed true quality control; no issues. Prior to this order a vendor through Amazon supplied a defective unit of this same model. The vendor was dodgy by message when attempting to verify whether it was actually a Muhle product as it had some counterfeit seeming elements including a blade clamp angle that was offset. Amazon agreed to refund without return so I could give Muhle opportunity to investigate that vendor. What I like about shaving with the R41 is the efficiency and thoroughness of the outcome. It is similar to my Rockwell 6S on setting 6 and a bit more aggressive than my Aylsworth Kopparkant .99 -.125. Muhle has arrived to an impressive stance with the R89 Traditional Open Comb as a beginner that can serve for life and the R41 that is as aggressive as one would want and a step off point for straight razors and RBSR replaceable blade straight razors that have become a barber favorite and are generally more demanding to use cleanly than a straight razor. The Muhle R41 gives most users everything necessary in the safety razor design with its many benefits. It is nice how much more cream, gel, preshave oil and all such supply commodities this open comb leaves in action on the skin where the blade passes compared to closed comb types. The added risk of nicks keeps one aware and the resulting shave quality is joy to all who learn this art. It is possible I will buy also the Grande Stainless version of the R41 should my use of these zinc-chrome models proceed with Godspeed. I may gift them as opportunities arise to clear the runway for an incoming Grande.

  Received the wrong item. "Customer Experience" team was unwilling to do anything to expedite the correct item in time for Christmas. I asked for a supervisor but was told they were all in a meeting? I got the distinct feeling that "Andri" was not interested in helping me. Lots of "I am sorry this happened" but nothing to help correct the problem.

  Excellent quality! The razor is well balanced and properly weighted. The silvertip fiber brush is a true pleasure to shave with. It is very soft and creates a lovely foamy lather easily equal to a badger brush. The blades are better than the Feather blades I have been using. Not sure yet how long lasting they are as I have only been using them for one week. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase.

  The product is very good, that helps to the experience but some products are configured in a certain way that you can’t scroll images. The ceramic razor bowl to put used razors was imposible to find in the menu. I had to search it ok google. And the order email arrived like 12 hours later.

  I was very excited to have placed an order with Muhle for what I thought would be a wonderful experience, but their customer service kills it. I ordered my items and immediately noticed the delivery address was my old address. I contacted Muhle 3 minutes after the order was placed and requested that they just send it to the billing address. 15 hours later, I receive a response that they cant change the delivery address because it was already received from the warehouse. I check FedEx and the item is at the warehouse not even picked up yet. With the item sitting in a warehouse, not picked up yet, and a label only on there for one hour, they refuse to print a corrected label. I contacted FedEx and they indicated only the shipper can change the delivery address. Very highly disappointed .

  The site muhleshaving.com is absolutely gorgeous, from top to bottom, and every page. My eyes pop out of my head when i see the luxury that is in stock. The first thing I say is ; “ OMG i must have that “. I don’t even worry about the price, it just has to be mine. I personally own an r41 with a barracuda brush, stand, and now steel bowl and it has been a joy to use in my start of the day, there’s nothing in this world that comes close to the feeling you get when you use the muhle products. If Muhle can somehow get a joint calibration with gucci or Louis Vuitton ….omg that would change the masculinity as we know it!

  Overall great experience. Muhle however, should offer its loyalty/reward customers free shipping on purchases, as other vendors do. Also, the conversion of reward points should be used irrespective of other offers/discounts. Reward points ware earned mostly through purchases.

  I use Muhle razor, lathering brush, shaving cream dish; i bought a set with a stand. When I shave i feel terrific, and I let my beard grow over the weekend so I can shave Monday morning and go the work looking clean. I don’t have to keep running the razor over one spot more than once, due to the quality of the razor. I use the Muhle soap as well, and after I shave i take a shower and feel ready to get the day started on a positive note. Most of the people I have to service ask me if im the Head Manager in charge due to the fact that i look so professionally groomed.

  My experience was worse than bad. I could not find out exactly if the shaver was mild or aggressive. There is not enough information on the site. After I bought, I realized the shaver was to aggressive for my skin and opened a ticket. I have never got an answer and still do not know how to return the shaver to the seller.

  It works like it's supposed to, just the right amount of magification for shaving, but mine has tiny imperfection on the mirror, a tiny black dot. You need to be quite close to it for it to be at the proper focus, so if you stick it on your mirror in front of your sink, you need to lean forward for it to work for you, not recommended if you have a weak lower back.

  It looks like a great shaver. Although the company should really wait for the delivery service before setting final time for the costumer to rate the product. There is also an important lack of information about the specifications of the aggressiveness of this shaver. Only after purchasing I found out that it was not mild at all, as the response I received said.
