Review collected by a third partyExemplary customer service and patience. I have one hand on a cast and it was very frustrating trying to take care of my application. So I used the chat feature and was connected with Daniel. He walked me through the process and when I was still having problems he suggested another step which resolved the problem. He finished assisting me including helping me get my appointment scheduled. He was very patient, polite and understanding, and spent what time was needed with me to complete my request. I would definitely recommend GOV if you need to navigate a request through the Government. George Rickey
