I had accidentally applied for a second account and contacted them to cancel it and refund my monies. It took a little while but Shane kept assuring me they were still there and I wasn’t lost in space. 😊 I’ve received a text of a pending credit from my account prior to Shane exiting our conversation. Review collected by a third partyI truly liked using the GOV . I would like to give a shout out to Jensen. His been such a patient, helpful and very accommodating. Daniel was very helpful too. Too bad we can't request certain people. I just got lucky that I got Jensen again on the second day that I called. The Government definitely sucks especially when you call Medicare. They take forever to answer the phone. I have actually spent a whole day on the phone waiting and when I finally have a person answer, they hang up on you if they can't answer your question.

Verified reviewI have no idea what the positive reviews are talking about. GovPlus is an absolute scam. To gain access, you’re required to sign up for a subscription, at which point (and ONLY at which point) are you able to attempt to start an application. Once an application is started, there is no way to change it. If you happen to mess it up, they still charge you. If you ask for the charge to be reversed, as I did, their system gets messed up and you don’t receive the refund. If you ask about the former conversation, they say they have no record. If you ask to cancel your account because you can’t actually get them to render services, they deny the request. I paid $170 for absolutely no value, other than having the chance to speak to their customer service department for hours. With respect to the positive reviews, please check out Reddit or a simple google search for “GovPlus scamâ€, and it will become clear that this company is anything but reliable.

Review collected by a third partyI was giving up hope. Started application February 15 2024. Documents and picture sent twice. Had to do it a third time after Gov plus said it was okay. Had to pay processing fee twice. But one was refunded This has been a nightmare of frustration. Not happy.

Verified reviewGov was a less than useless service it took two months for them to reject my Passport photo and in the meantime I was thinking it was in process. And then the outcome is just sending prefilled documents and a cropped photo to send in yourself? Waste of time and money.
