Importunely I am in a fix income and can affort it. Ivy was comprehensive about my problem and proceed to help me in my concern. I had filled out my application for a passport and my picture wasn’t “good enough” for the government And I didn’t realize that it was holding up the process. I went online and an angel from heaven was my rep that helped through it all. Her name is Layla! She deserves the Medal of Honor! She stayed with me until the process was done. I didn’t realize that GOV had this service. What a wonderful thing! I would recommend GOV to anyone going through the application process with the government! Again, thank you greatly Layl! Review collected by a third partyThe Customer Service at Gov is excellent! I did not know I would have to travel to finish the application in person. I explained the problem to customer service and they cancelled the application and refunded the charges without a hassle.
