Review collected by a third partySystem is easy to use and its all in one place. After submitting my password application my photo was initially denied and asked for a better one 3 days later. I resubmitted and application moved to "70% complete processing" status. I checked back every week for 2.5 months (based on the 8 week estimated turnaround) and when nothing came through I reached out to their customer service on the site. Was helped by a kind agent named Ivy who informed me my second photo also was not suitable and she backed it out of processing status back to "20% complete need photo" She helped me through the resubmission assuring this one would be valid and answered all my questions about the bad situation this lack of communication and notification put me in. Started this process 6 months before I needed a passport and because od this miss I now have less than 2 months to complete it so I hope everything can be expedited. I can see the utility of this service but this situation has added stress.
