Verified reviewOrder an item and screenshot its availability. Received a call the very next week saying it was out of stock and they wanted to know if I felt like waiting a month. No discount or desire to remedy their error. Won’t buy from this site again.

Hello Nicholas, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I do wish to clarify on a few things here. The order was placed on Friday, 6/14 after we had closed for the day. We are also closed over the weekend as well. On Monday, when we opened for the week, we did attempt to contact you early in the day. The same day, you contacted us and we went over the details. Stock can change regularly and open orders ahead of you can also effect the stock as well. We also work directly with the manufacturer and if an item is not in stock with us, we can get it from them. Unfortunately, the stock info did not update until after the weekend, when both us and the manufacturer opened for the week. Though we understand the frustration regarding this situation, we ensure that if anything does occur regarding your order, we ensure to notify the customer as soon as possible. Again, since this was placed after we closed, we contacted you immediately the following working day. We also provide you with options and honor what you wish to do. We do not leave customers hanging or in the dark. We make sure our customers are up to date and can certainly provide discounts based on the situation. You offered $40 for a month long wait when there were no other options given. The day after I was offered that “discount” and had received the phone call, the product was listed on sale $20 off. It was genuinely insulting to have you guys mess up, and continue to push the same BS about how you attempted to call me, 4 days after I bought it because you were closed and zero customer service, and apparently also didn’t update your website effectively also. I said I had screenshots. I don’t understand why you insist on pushing back instead of taking the L you deserve, respectfully. There are better coils on the market, at better value, and rejection is protection in my opinion. Genuinely, thank you for the experience and the discount of $20 for your continued disingenuous experience. The response hasn’t changed my initial view, only reinforced it. Wish you well. Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Do note that we do work directly with the manufacturer. As long as they stock it, we can get it. We also do have warehouses that stock these wheels. Unfortunately, we had run out of stock on these wheels, and the manufacturer is currently waiting for their next batch to be ready. It is not uncommon for other vendors or sites to stock the wheels as well and can often still be found with some searching. With that said, we do ensure to notify our customers if an issue pops up with their order. We also made sure to provide you with the latest ETA from the manufacturer as well. Verified reviewOrdered the carbon fiber mirror cover replacements for my fk8 and love them. Only drawback is less clips on these so the fitment isn’t 100% perfect, but definitely secure enough. I’d recommend.
